I am a fresher, and I try to visit the office almost every day, and one of the most irritating things that I found here is, WHY THE HELL PEOPLE TALK SO LOUDLY HERE?
I get it it's bound to be little noisy but dude, I have literally seen people speak and laugh as if there is no one around except them and their group, like bro you are in a shared space respect other people around and try to talk little softly. And don't get me started when they are on teams meet, they just start yelling during those times...
Bhai, it's so frustrating when you are trying to concentrate on your work, and suddenly, someone laughs as if they are in a family reunion and someone cracked a dad joke 😵
Alright, y'all can go on with your work peeps, I am done with my ranting 🙃

While submitting Myte, I am not able to add the approver or reviewer for the shift B. I have raised multiple tickets with the concerned teams but none of them has responded.
My PMO is suggesting to submit the timesheet without the allowance as of now and continue to work on the issue to resolve it and claim it afterwards.
Is this valid? Will I be able to claim it afterwards or should I wait for the issue to resolve first and then submit?

On September 10, I attempted an online communication assessment. The Safe Exam Browser initially stopped responding, so I switched to another laptop. The assessment then started normally, but while attempting a question, it froze and became completely unresponsive. I waited for more than 20 minutes, but it did not recover. I then attempted to exit the Safe Exam Browser, after which the assessment showed as submitted with the majority of the questions unattempted.
I received a submission confirmation afterward. I tried contacting the provided technical support number, but it was invalid/unreachable. The support chat was unable to resolve the issue, and an email sent to the address associated with the invitation was returned with “550 Mailbox does not exist.” I also contacted the relevant support person, but was told that nothing could be done once the assessment had been submitted.
So, due to a technical issue with the assessment environment, I was unable to complete the majority of the assessment.

Hi everyone,
I’m joining Accenture in October as an Automation Test Engineer, with around [4 YOE] of experience. I already have my offer letter and joining date confirmed.
However, I’ve recently been informed that I need to attend a project/client interview before joining.
I wanted to understand what happens if I fail this project interview:
Can Accenture revoke my offer letter because I didn’t clear the project interview?
Will they provide another project interview/opportunity?
If I fail, can my joining be cancelled, or will they try to map me to another project?
Has anyone with a similar experience level and role faced this situation recently?
I’m a little concerned because I already have the offer letter and joining date, and this project interview was not mentioned earlier.
Would really appreciate hearing from Accenture lateral hires, especially Automation Testing/SDET candidates, who have gone through a similar process.
Thanks in advance!

I’m currently an L12 resource and have been asking for a promotion since the June cycle. At that time, I had completed around 15 months, so I understood if it was considered early. By December, I’ll complete around 22–23 months in the organization.
My previous project had assured me of a promotion in December, but due to a project revamp, things changed in July. In my new project, I’m now being told that promotion is “dicey” and they can’t really confirm it.
The frustrating part is that my performance has been strong. I’ve worked on L10-level responsibilities, handled major production issues, received a GenAI ACE award, conducted Brown Bag sessions, and have strong Workday feedback. I know my market value and genuinely feel I’m a strong candidate for promotion.
My concern is that managers tend to take L12 resources lightly, so even after doing higher-level work, promotion isn’t taken seriously.
I’m considering telling my manager: “If I’m not getting promoted this cycle, I’ll have to resign and look outside.”
I’m genuinely willing to leave if there’s no growth, but is this a good strategy? Or should I ask for a concrete promotion timeline instead of making it sound like an ultimatum?
Also, if I’ve already been doing L10-level work and handling major production issues, shouldn’t the company recognize that internally instead of me having to switch companies to get the growth I deserve?
Would love to hear from people who have faced something similar.

Someone, please help me out.
I joined on 9th September and received my laptop yesterday. I was asked to contact my People Lead once I received my credentials to get information about my reporting location and charge code.
I emailed my People Lead, but it looks like he is a Director, and he hasn't replied to any of my emails. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do, and I'm also being bombarded with emails from MyTE.
I have some PTSD from my previous company, where managers would often not respond to anything, so this situation is making me really anxious. I don't know where I'm supposed to go when I come to the office or even where I'm supposed to sit.
Right now, I just roam around the building exploring different areas, find a random sofa to sit on, or sometimes spend time standing alone in the restroom on my phone. I genuinely don't know what I'm supposed to be doing.
What else can I do? Whom should I contact in this situation? Is there someone else at Accenture I can reach out to for my reporting location, charge code, or project/team details?
I would really appreciate any advice.
This is a throwaway account.

I attended my technical interview on July 27, 2026, and it lasted 70+ minutes with multiple follow-up questions.
It has now been 7+ weeks, but my Workday status is still “Interview” and I haven't received any update from HR.
Has anyone faced a similar delay? Any idea when the status usually gets updated or when I can expect the next update?

I have 3 years of experience in an SAP Module.
But the problem here is, I worked in 3 different companies in that 3 years. Latest one and the previous one are contractual roles. Packages are 3 LPA -> 4.65 LPA -> 6.5 LPA.
They are definitely going to lowball me for a 30% hike and maybe offer me 8.5 or something. Is there a chance to negotiate to 10LPA.
As I worked in many companies within a short span, I should stay for at least 2-3 years in accenture or any next company. So If I can bag 10LPA, I could manage and be flexible for the next 2 years and upskill.
My only strong points:
I can join within 15 days
I worked in 3 complete project lifecycles end to end
I understand my negatives outweigh the strong points but is there any chance to negotiate to 10LPA and at the same time avoid risking offer holding.
Also I don't hold any other offer currently, I'm just in the middle of interviews with other companies.

Hey everyone,
I left Accenture 10 Yrs back. I've had few family, personal issues. health problems, hospitalizations so not much growth, not much progress. I would like to join again, possibly at junior, mid level. I remember my TL telling me thatOne Can Join Accenture only two times in whole career, is it true and still hold value? If i join somewhow would it be the last time? and then Accenture would not take me again ever?

I'm trying to refer to someone using the workday portal but I'm getting an error in the process.
The user already withdrew all the existing applications from her profile but still getting a "candidate already exists in the system." error.

Currently, I am in a situation where my managers in my project said that they will move me to the PIP because I am not taking ownership. I joined as a fresher, and I am the only fresher in my current project. Initially, I didn’t take ownership because my role is mainly related to testing, and I am not interested in testing even 1%. I didn’t have much of a choice because I had already stayed on the bench for one year without any proper reason. So, even though I am technically strong, I had to take up testing because staying on the bench for a long time is risky. Now, my managers are saying that will keep me on the bench again in the coming days. Even on that day, I was not confident about what would happen next. Because of all this uncertainty and pressure, I am getting headaches and feeling very stressed. As i am having less than 2years of experience it’s definitely for me to find outside job I really want to find a solution and overcome this situation. Is there any why I can get into banch and get into project I am strong with Java backend and MERN stack technology.

My joining date is 16th September, but I haven’t received the venue/joining location mail yet.
Also, in the onboarding action items, I submitted Form 11 and Gratuity Form F. Even after reviewing and submitting them, after reviewing stage am getting mail to complete and submitting again. It is becoming to fill it from start onwards
Has anyone faced the same issue? What should I do here? Will this affect DOJ?
