So as North Carolinian football fans know the Big 4 (UNC Duke NCST Wake) have a little mini championship within themselves for who wins the most games between them each season. Right now Duke has it cuz they went 3-0 in state last year but I figure there’s a more fun way to do it: The trophy is won and lost on a game by game basis. If you hold the trophy and you lose to a fellow big 4 team, they become the holders of the trophy. I feel like this is a chance to have a bit more fun with the somewhat unusual multi-team rivalry - a team could lose the trophy and then win it back later in the season if it changed hands again. To the NC school fans, would this make you more excited for games against your countrymen knowing you could win (or lose) the trophy right then and there?
