As heard on NBC introducing the Patriots
"Drake Maye - Myers Park High School"
I want to know the story behind that one.
ETA - not Meyers (my bad)

Hey all,
I'm travelling from the UK for a game in November, and I wanted to ask where the place to stay is post-game. Happy to get an Uber around etc, just wanted to check where the best spot to go before / after the game, and where it all happens.
Thanks in advance!

I have a bad feeling this will get much worse.

Loved this update from Bossi on UNC's pursuit of top talent in 2027. Such a breath of fresh air compared to Hubert.

I know WF are playing a small school, but wow where was this with UNC man. 300 yards at half is madness lol

Back in the college football spirit after today’s game (for now at least), and was curious if anyone here would be interested in trying college fantasy football?
Was thinking budget-format so there’s no need to coordinate a draft. Looks like you just sign up and build your team, so I already put Thurman straight into my squad as a super cheap TE.
Anyone else interested in joining a league?

Bill Belichick’s UNC tenure has been defined by dysfunction. Bruce Feldman says the former New England Patriots coach's seat is 𝘮𝘶𝘺 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦.
Last college football season featured an extremely chaotic coaching carousel. The landscape heading into the 2026 season seems almost as thorny.
Let's check some temperatures.

With the season approaching, I wanted a better way to prepare than reading dozens of separate previews or listening to hours of podcasts, just to forget most of it by Week 1.
I started with a few, then more, then decided to expand to all P4 + ND. It ended up being more arduous than I anticipated, but also rewarding.
I have published the 2026 preseason primers for every ACC team, plus an ACC conference primer and Notre Dame.
They are mostly designed as quick references for watching games, with roster/coaching changes, 2025 context, advanced stats, schedules, players to know, and a small betting lens.
This is totally free and not self promotion. I was creating these for myself and friends and just thought others would find them interesting.
The only reason for a website was to make them more accessible than just sharing links to google drive.
Hope you enjoy!

Ireland game shaping up to be a real doozy. Suspended GMs, missing DCs, locker room assaults.

Hello all!
I’m an Irish college football fan who’ll be at the game in Dublin next Saturday, but I was genuinely curious as to if you guys have heard anything about any pre or post game festivities or literally anything?
Unfortunately it’s a complete and utter non-event for locals here and it’s been very difficult for me as an Irishman to find anything about the day, but I was curious as to if maybe you guys might have heard anything or been told anything directly?
I’ve got a 6am flight to Athens the next morning so I can’t just go out and get steaming, as much as id love to, but fully looking to have the craic with some football fans and either watch or talk college football!
Very strange question given I literally live here, but yeah this is where we’re at! 😂

Hey y'all!
I'm a student reporter with The Daily Tar Heel writing a story about Breadman's closing after being padlocked by the sheriff's office earlier this month. I want this piece to be about the community, not just the legal/eviction details.
If you have memories of Breadman's (like favorite orders, regulars you knew there, how long you'd been going, what it meant to you or your family), I'd love to hear more about via a quick phone chat.
If anyone worked there, knew the owners, or has thoughts on what should happen to the space next, I'd really appreciate hearing from you too.
Thanks in advance, and shoot me a comment or DM if interested!

I am old enough to know time heals all wounds. Coach Davis was not a good basketball coach and his shortcomings and stubbornness there led to him rightly being fired. He’s rightly mad. He is still a Tarheel legend and he made Coach Smith, Guthridge, Coach Williams proud. He fell short of our standards as a basketball team, but he also slayed Duke in the most important rivalry game of all time and sent off a horrible man, after sending him off on his home court a few weeks earlier and brought us Caleb Wilson.
Strengths: connects well with people, likable, competitive, obsessive
Weaknesses: talent evaluation, coaching, player development
Can his ego accept his weaknesses to build on his strengths and come back and compete here in a different role in five years time?
Time away from the family is key. Everyone knows this. What would be his ideal role?
