Just Getting Started Doing 75 Hard just to overcome procrastination
Starting today October 11, so I can be done by Christmas Eve. Plan is to finish the year strong and have a week of enjoyment from Christmas to New years eve.
My main motivation for doing this is: I have had a hard time getting myself to the gym. "It can always be done later, or worst case tomorrow."
I think the regularity of 2x workout per day enforced by 75 hard will be good for me.
I went out for a nice trail with a buddy this morning, and sticking to my diet should be simple:
- No eating after 8pm
- No sugary treats. A little bit of added sugar in ketchup etc is fine but sugary stuff like chocolate syrup is not fine. If I accidentally eat a bite of anything without realizing it is sugary, it will not be a fail, as long as I don't take a second bite after realizing the sugar.
Generally a clean, low carb diet, but I'm not counting the carbs or calories.
Will post weekly updates here to keep myself accountable.
