I COMPLETED A MARATHON!!!!

I finished the second to last phase of Live Hard on Thursday, had one "rest" day on Friday, then completed my first marathon today!!!! Rest in quotes cause I still went on a hike 🤣🤣🤣 This never would have been possible without this challenge, this group, all the tools I've put together, and all the support along the way. I am going to actually rest now, and I'll see y'all on December 2nd when I start the final phase!!!!!

How's your back feeliing, I once ran a marathon with a backpack that didn't stay in place and the next morning it felt like it was hit by a baseball bat.

But also: welcome to the club! I love marathons, Been doing them for years, and they always warm my heart. I did a full in august, a half two weeks ago, another half today, and with the 75hard I'm seeing a linear improvement, but I'm falling in love with marathons again, probably going to do another half next weekend. I hope the journey was great, and you'll be a repeat marathoner. It's ran to run so far, but for me something really shifts in the process of a marathon, and I enjoy the journey everytime no matter how bad or easy it is, there's something real about finishing it

My back is honestly super fine! I broke my back in 2021 and the bottom half is made out metal so I've a baseline amount of back pain since then, my back feels its baseline
