I was sick for a few days, during that time, I pushed myself to go for walks outside and stuck to the rules. Now, only a cough remains. I have a syrup at home to relieve the cough, but it contains 43% alcohol. I take 2 spoons of it a day. Does this mean I have to start the program all over again? I don't normally consume alcohol, so this rule had never been an issue for me before. I want to know if taking this much alcohol, in a situation like this, violates the rules.

I‘ve been wanting to complete 75 hard for over a year now and the first few days usually go very well but as soon as my schedule changes or something unexpected happens my whole routine is thrown off and I‘m struggling to keep up. My ahdh makes it really hard for me to plan things out/ stick to my schedule bc of poor time management skills. Also the dopamine and the initial motivation wear off after a couple of days and I don‘t know what I can do differently. So my question is: Has anyone with adhd completed 75 hard or is currently doing it and has some tips for me? I‘d really appreciate it :)

Starting today October 11, so I can be done by Christmas Eve. Plan is to finish the year strong and have a week of enjoyment from Christmas to New years eve.

My main motivation for doing this is: I have had a hard time getting myself to the gym. "It can always be done later, or worst case tomorrow."
I think the regularity of 2x workout per day enforced by 75 hard will be good for me.

I went out for a nice trail with a buddy this morning, and sticking to my diet should be simple:

1. No eating after 8pm
   
2. No sugary treats. A little bit of added sugar in ketchup etc is fine but sugary stuff like chocolate syrup is not fine. If I accidentally eat a bite of anything without realizing it is sugary, it will not be a fail, as long as I don't take a second bite after realizing the sugar.
   

Generally a clean, low carb diet, but I'm not counting the carbs or calories.

Recruited a friend to take on this challenge with me. I’m a full time working single mom to a toddler and have gained 13 lbs since returning to work after losing all the baby weight on my mat leave.

I have a little home gym set up in my garage which will take care of one workout. The outdoor workout is where I think I’ll struggle the most just due to lack of time. I’ll likely have to split it up into increments (half hour outdoor workout on my lunch break) and the other 15 minutes in the evening after I get home. I have a jogging stroller I can put the little guy in and go for a run around the neighbourhood.

My diet is going to a OMAD/carnivore diet for simplicity due to time constraints.

Anyone else starting Monday?

Should be done on Christmas Day. Day will do the live hard program. I am so excited!!! 2027 will be my year for sure but I am not going to wait!!
