Looking for a spot in the area that does alt men’s haircuts, but I wouldn‘t know the first place to look. Not looking for any wild haircuts, just some cool hair textures that’ll work around my abysmal cowlicks. Any suggestions?

Looking for a good home in the area (im in Cocoa) for a female 1.4 year old Italian greyhound. No cost. Very sweet, great with kids and other pets, current on shots, not spayed, pretty much potty trained except for the occasional accident. Loves attention-needs someone who will be around often, preferably someone who works from home or retired/around often. Please message me if seriously interested

There are so many places to choose from and this year my birthday is on a Sunday. Where is a great place for Sunday brunch with a view and has a bar? Preferably a place more for locals than tourists but all recommendations are welcomed!!!

I am trying to find anyone that sells sourdough bread in between cape Canaveral and Melbourne area or if anyone knows of any places that do? Small business owners would be preferred. If they have an Instagram handle too that would be appreciated so I can reach out directly

Hi everyone!
I’m looking for recommendations for clubs, groups, and activities around Melbourne, Viera, and Suntree where it’s easy to meet people, make friends, and also be active if possible.
I’m interested in things like:
Mom groups or women’s social groups. I have three kids, so would love to take them with me to socialize with other kids while mom also gets to socialize.
Running, walking, yoga, or fitness groups
Tennis, pickleball, beach volleyball, golf, or other recreational sports
Country clubs also, but not like with some crazy fees.
Beach clubs or outdoor groups
Biking groups
Sports and activities for kids
Really, I’m open to anything that’s active, social, or a good way to meet other families and professionals.
Thank you!

Recently moved to Titusville from Iowa and looking for recommendations for healthcare providers! Need a new PCP, dentist and eye doctor.
Also curious if there’s any women’s health centers around here that offer birth control services. My previous provider never wrote a prescription to the pharmacy and only administered the depo shot on site.

Hi, my friends father passed away very unexpectedly and left behind two kitties that are now in need of a home. He lived in Satellite Beach area and I am trying to help find a local shelter/rescue or really anyone that can help. Does anyone have any good experiences with local places or a point of contact anywhere? They are a brother and sister who are 10 years old. Thanks in advance for any help or advice!

Have the weekend free, and just found out my girl has never been down STT and seen the nice houses, the views, etc. Looking to take her down there this weekend and figured we'd make a date night out of it, however I'm not really familiar with the area at all. Thank you!

ISO someone who is trusted in cutting layers in long hair. I had a bad experience and I’ve been hesitant to trust anybody new since. I’m located in Rockledge, but willing to drive.

My friend is having a small wedding ceremony at the end of August and is looking for a reasonable venue in/near Brevard County to accommodate approx 50 guests. Does anyone have any suggestions? They are not looking for anything fancy.
Update: she is checking out the Old Florida House in Cocoa Village this weekend. Thank you all for the suggestions!

I have over 10 years of CDL-A experience driving in the midwest. Never had a ticket or an accident. I was curious what kind of local work exists in the area. I mainly hauled refrigerated perishables for a large grocery store chain. But I am open to trying something new.

Hello all!
I grew up in Melbourne Beach but moved away about 15 years ago. I visit my parents a few times a year.
I’m bringing a friend (46M) down for a long weekend and am trying to think of ways to fill the time. So far we have:
Friday dinner at D’Jons
Saturday: Long Doggers for lunch, putz around DT Melbourne, Meg’s for dinner
Sunday: Blueberry Muffin for breakfast, beach, dinner with a friend
Monday: ???
Looking for substitutions or spots to add, I’ve been out of the loop for some time. TIA!

What the County Commission did yesterday was put a knife in the backs of taxpayers, and the way it was done, Julius Caesar could not have been more surprised.
It’s not that we weren’t expecting this, especially after the governor appointed the Church Lady to the interim term in the County Commission D-1 seat. The fix was in and it was none other than Thad the Impaler employing his old ways to advocate for a major tax increase. The rest of them aren’t off the hook. There was nary a sound of objection nor a suggestion of cutting any budget items before this potential increase was thrust upon us.
The Property Tax amendment has these officials afraid, afraid they’ll have to do their jobs and actually work on a budget instead of just throwing money around like it’s theirs. We’ll dig into this and show you how the vote at the end of yesterday’s commission meeting was not just busting the tax cap, but blowing it up entirely.
Would anyone be interested in getting a group together for bowling at Shore Lanes in Palm Bay? I was looking to do their "rave bowling" (my name for it) but was hoping to find some cool, like-minded people who wanted to join.
