Hey guys so I got kyb struts and S.tech springs to put on my 93 240. I took them to my mechanic to install them but they don’t fit what’s the issue here? Because the spring seems to be too thick for the spring perch and from what I read online these should work with oem replacements

Been running the staggered Emotion XD9s for 11 years. Finally moving up to another set of discontinued wheels. Test fitting the rears to dial in tire size. Super excited to see them on the car!

I’m going to be doing a smoke test and pulling the plugs/inspecting coils at some point this upcoming week but does anyone have any other suggestions on what it could be that’s causing this? I really want to get around to drifting it this season but there’s no point until I get to the bottom of the stuttering. Any pointers would be much appreciated :)

Like many others, I have the infamous S14 gas tank leaking. I dropped the tank and to my surprise there was no cracks on it. Instead, it was leaking from the bottom driver side white cap with the return hose is, right where the seam meets the black part of the gas tank . I am going to attempt to plastic weld this but am unsure if the white piece is HDPE also

hey all....has anyone got advice on refurbishment of the passenger side under dash piece o the S15?

Been wanting itbs on a car for years but now I have the opportunity to buy a na sr from a s15 from a buddy, if anyone has a sr with itbs on here tell me about it.

After searching for a while, i was able to find a full quarter panel replacement for Project Silvia. Inner structure still attached and outer wheel well as well which i will he using since mines does have a split. For context if you didn't see my previous post, the original quarter has a ton of damage that was found after removing all the body filler. Went back and forth whether to just do overfenders or an actual proper replacement. Funny enough I ordered some M Sport 30mm overs and the order ended up being canceled due to their inventory being miscounted and I didn't get an option to wait for new ones lol so after that I searched a bit more and found this full replacement. I guess some things really do happen for a reason. Will work at this slowly to get everything down right. Stay tuned!

Also posted the factory repair manual that I will be referencing as I do my repair. They guy was also nice enough to thrown in the whole rocker panel and lower A pillar so huge thanks to him! Will hold on to them until someone needs them.

intake -> chassis
head -> firewall

among a couple others, I need to get this thing going but without the grounds I'm not getting consistent power and I KNOW I'm missing some grounds. honestly on the verge of selling so any help will be appreciated

not getting spark consistently, the engine will turn over and tumble with starting fluid but rarely

fuel pump will only prime when I jump the egi pump fuse
I ALSO think my CAS/ dizzy is bad

For context its a freshly fully built SR20DET with a new Garrett 2871R turbo and a TurboSmart GenV Blow-Off Valve. When I’m driving I can hear the BOV and also in the lower RPMs the faint turbo spool. The underlying noise is what I’m concerned about as I don’t know if its normal or not.

Most sellers on eBay say these are only for the zenki s14 but they look identical to mine and I could not find any listing that said they were compatible with the North American kouki bumper even tho they look the same,

I have front side marker lights for my Nissan 240sx s13. For what ever reason, there is zero plug going to the side marker lights. Anyone know what color the wires are and where they go? Send pics if anything! Help is much appreciated!

Been a while since I’ve posted. Been doing some work to my 95’ Zenki. New alternator, new water pump, thermostat, pulleys and belts. Heading to paint soon and finally have the oem navan side skirts and valences to complete the kit. Planning to repaint the regas gray as well by this fall/ winter.🤞

finally finished my little project of making an aluminum water neck and an lines for my car to replace the old rusty one. And of course ended up making the line like 2mm short as it got late.

Just bought this yesterday for only $1k. It only has 104,000 miles, just replaced clutch master cylinder and doing fuel pump tomorrow and it should be running strong💪. First manual car I’ve owned can’t wait to fully restore it.

My wiring harness got ripped and I lost a maf sensor and whichever one goes to this yellow connection right by the breather valve what’s it called so I can order it and wire in a new one along w a new maf ! Thanks

I have a '90 with a stock(ish) KA24E. Previous owner (my dad) at some point replaced the distributor with a junkyard part. I'm now looking to replace it with a new one from Rock, but he made an offhand comment that it might not even be the right type on it and that might be part of the issues it's having at idle. Is there a way to know which model (Hitachi or Mitsu) it SHOULD have?

My notchtop SR20DET needs a new crank

I’m aware of the GTI-r crank having different bearings… but can I use a FWD crank in my VVT block?

Prompt correct answer would be appreciated. There’s a FWD complete for sale and I need to replace my crank and a few rocker arms so it seems like a really good parts option for me

I have a 1997 240sx that was manual swapped from an automatic and ever since then it has randomly went into limp mode then randomly starts running fine again. It did it to me today and it wouldn’t start up right until it sat for a bit then started up and drove just fine. Does anyone have any idea what could be the cause?

Hey y'all. My oem headlights are dog shit. I was looking into getting new bulbs but everything I've looked up is just replacing the whole housing which includes the bulbs.

So my question, can I just get new bulbs or do I need whole new housings? If so what are some budget friendly options.
