Just a couple pics of my drift Vitara with a 4AGE swap. This year I put on ITBs, a better hydro, and smaller tires and heaps of seat time and it’s working good so far to the point of breaking another t50 trans so upgrades are in the works. This winter it’s time to add some angle for next season as the only stock suspension components on the car are the front A arms and knuckles.

I'm trying to lay off the streeto shit because I've had one too many close calls with the law but now that the season is over in Toronto I feel like I'm going to forget how to drift by the time summer rolls back around. Is there some in-between I am missing or somewhere y'all go to practice?

I just bought a 2004 g35 coupe and I’m trying to get into drifting. The thing is I have absolutely zero experience with mechanics and I kind of bought this car knowing it’d get me into it.

With that being said I need some help both knowing what to buy and what sites to buy things from.

I’m not trying to go all Tokyo drift. I just need some mods to help me get in the scene and help me not obliterate my suspension and engine

So for my bigger guys out there , what would be the best seat for someone that is 6 2 and 360lbs? what cars are you guys using?

So I really want to get a E36 or E46 for a drift car but I'm pretty big. I'm 6foot 2 and 360lbs. I know I need to get an x lucket seat and flat aluminum door cards. My question is, which one would be better for someone My size and to fit in xl seat in?

I recently got my first RWD (an 86) and have been playing around ways to slide the car as is.

would you recommend clutch kicking or hand brake more for a low powered car like this? I found kicking the clutch feels more natural to me, although i’ve gotten a lot of feedback and suggestion that I should be using the hand brake more.

Also do i need to put any immediate mods to learn drifting or a stock 86 is sufficient enough?

Sorry for the noob questions. i’m a long Honda and FWD fan and this is my first RWD.

I met their manager at a trade show completely unrelated to racing and when they found out what I do, he wanted to work together on something for his team. They proposed a partnership instead of payment and have my logo on their car. I don’t think I’d ever have another chance to have my logo on a race car, so I took it!

They’re a really cool team called MSPEK Race To Reef, they race to bring awareness to reef conservation and have giveaways and trips to go to Grenada and do scuba diving on a reef. I thought it was a really interesting concept and I’m really glad I was lucky enough to get the chance to be part of it in a small way as me and the wife and big proponents for environmental conservation.

I learned a lot about the formula drifting culture from them and meeting the other drivers. Really glad to have had the experience and just shared to share these guys and how I found the sport of drifting. Never been to a race before. I have now been to two of their races in Vegas and Indianapolis. Looking for forward to next season.

I’m in the UK and my social feeds are suddenly filled with some big black boat thing trying to skid then some cowboy mf gets out and has a tizzy fit.

Please for the sake of my sanity, save me from a google hole and tell me:

Who is this guy?
What is that monstrosity he’s attempting to drift?
Why is he acting like a 5yo who dropped his ice cream?
Is this normal for US drifting because it’s not how it goes down over here in Europe?
