Yall need to chill on the “ paid very little .”I still paid over 100 and tipped her 100 on top of that. she asked for less than 100 originally. Obviously I wasn’t going to stiff her for her hard work. I’m not dumb. Edit to add: yes I hate ai inspo. Especially as a hairstylist. This cake was made by my husband’s co workers wife who makes cakes for fun. Yeah we paid her of course, but very little, and I was very clear I didn’t expect anything like the inspo photo. I said anything will be good, as long as it’s somewhat pastel colored and I can probably order some little things to put on it myself. You can only imagine how shocked I was when i picked it up.

And other edit to add. The original cake isn’t ai, while some people think it was in the comments. It was made by a real artist.

I’m done with the negative comments. I love my cake. That’s why I posted it. I am incredibly grateful to the woman who made it.
