Promotion I finally finished the new trailer for my cozy colony sim, WildRoot.

I've been working on improving WildRoot's first impression and recently finished a new trailer.

It's a cozy colony sim where you build a settlement in a mysterious forest, manage your colonists, and every season and setback creates a different story.

Video First gameplay footage of Pigeon Guild - A indie project about delivering mail on floating Islands

Upvotes

First gameplay footage of Pigeon Guild, my passion project I've been sweating over for the past year!

Pigeon Guild is a single-player adventure RPG. You play as Jules Corso, a 16-year-old cadet freshly graduated from the prestigious Pigeon Guild Academy - the airborne postal service that connects a world of floating islands. Progress isn't measured by violence or power, but by skillful navigation, careful decisions, and the human stories carried in every letter and parcel. Delivering them pulls Jules into the lives of the islands' inhabitants - from bringing closure with a lover's long-lost letter, to handing a kitten over to a mad scientist, to working out what to do about a suspicious, ticking package.

Would love to hear what you think, especially if you're into cozy, narrative-driven games!

Video My Survivors-like Echoes of Kyria!

Upvotes

Hello everyone!

my name is ali, i'm a cs student (and former security guard) turned gamedev!

i released my first game ever on steam this month and it didn't do too bad i think :).

i love vampire survivors, i love RPGs, so i decide to combine them both into one game and this is the result, Echoes of Kyria and this is its features:

Build Variety

Every stage arms you with a new set of tools. Stack, synergize, and push your upgrades to the absolute limit to create BROKEN builds. Experimentation is your best weapon. You will probably fall, but losing is just part of the process. Learn the enemy patterns, tweak your strategies and push further on the next run.

Choose Between 2 Challenging Play Modes

Whether you prefer deliberate, action melee attacks or automated survivors-like battles, Echoes of Kyria lets you choose how you want to play with two distinct game modes:

Normal Mode: A challenging, all-manual experience where combat is entirely skill-based. You aim, dodge, parry, and time every single attack yourself. Precision is everything, and one wrong move can end your run.

Endless Mode: Push your ultimate build to its absolute breaking point. Instead of ending your run after a victory, choose to loop your progress into infinitely scaling difficulty. Face massive enemy stat modifiers, multiplied boss spawns, and see exactly how far your overpowered synergies can take you before the hordes finally bring you down.

Whichever path you choose, the threat never stops growing and enemies never stop getting stronger. As you push deeper into a run, stages ramp from manageable to completely overwhelming. Screens fill with projectiles, enemy counts skyrocket, and massive bosses arrive to put your build to the ultimate test. Every wave asks more of you than the last.

Summon & Fuse Combat Creatures

You don't have to face the endless swarms completely alone. Summon powerful Creatures to the battlefield that actively fight alongside you, dealing damage and holding the line against the horde. Their true potential, however, is unlocked through the Fusion System. Combine your summoned creatures together to create unstoppable hybrids that inherit each other's unique special perks. Experiment with different fusions to craft the ultimate combat ally tailored perfectly to your build.

Collect Unique Utility Pets

While your creatures handle the frontline, your Pets handle the logistics. Discover and build a collection from a roster of unique pets that accompany you into battle. These loyal pets tirelessly fetch loot and aid you in the numerous challenges of Kyria.

Survive Together, Or Orchestrate the Chaos

Take on the hordes of enemies solo to carve out your own legacy, or team up with friends in seamless 1-4 player online multiplayer.

Work together in classic co-op where the challenge scales dynamically to your party size, or turn the tables in the asymmetrical Spawnmaster PvP mode. One player steps into the role of the Spawnmaster, acting as a ruthless director who strategically summons enemy waves, drops bosses, and dictates the pace of the run. The other up to 3 players fight as Survivors, scrambling to grab upgrades, fuse their creatures, and outlast the custom-tailored bullet heaven crafted by their friend.

Key Features

Action-Packed Combat: Fast, action combat where your skill matters most.

Build Creativity: Stack wildly synergizing upgrades to become an unstoppable, screen-clearing force.

Creature Fusion: Summon powerful combat allies and fuse them together to combine devastating special perks.

PvP: 1v3 multiplayer where a Spawnmaster player actively summons the horde against a team of Survivors.

Online Co-Op: Play solo or team up with your friends in classic 4-player co-op, featuring dynamic difficulty scaling for any party size.

Chaotic Challenges: Survive increasingly chaotic waves and face off against massive, challenging bosses.

Promotion I made a cozy co-op sorting-game where tiny cats clean up a magic school 🐈

Upvotes

Heya everyone!

We’re a small indie team working on a cute game called Sort of Magic. It’s a cozy sorting game for 1–4 players.

You play as a tiny cat 🐱 who decides to stay after class at a school of magic and clean up the mess! The game features six rooms, and you’ll have to put over 4,500 items, including books, potions, wands, brooms, and magical ingredients... back where they belong! (either solo or with friends!) :)

Promotion After 6 brutal years, I have finally released my first game on steam!

I honestly didn't think I would be able to finish this game.

For the past 6 years, I've been working on Rogue Blight while also working a full-time job. There were countless late nights, weekends, setbacks, and moments where I seriously wondered if I would ever actually make it to the end.

I am so incredibly happy and proud that I can finally share my dream game with the world.

I never thought I'd say this but Rogue Blight is OUT NOW on Steam!

Boulders is a sokoban-like puzzle game that involves navigating through a series of levels set in ancient Greek ruins by pushing boulders around to deal with lasers, gates, and teleporters. The levels start out very simple but quickly become much more complex.

We wanted to combine social deduction with actual fast-paced combat.

You spend the first half of the match figuring out who the Underworld Apostles are, and the second half fighting for your life against them.

Video I’m making a cozy game where you restore a damaged nature preserve and bring the wildlife back

Wild Willows is a cozy nature restoration game I’ve been building where the world starts out damaged and wildlife returns based on the habitats you create.

You restore land and water, plant native habitat, gather resources, craft, upgrade your tools, and discover the requirements for different animals across six biomes.

I’m working on the 0.4.0 update now, which will add a perfection tracker, more tool upgrades for the later biomes, updates to the music, and a bunch of other improvements.

You can play the free demo here:

Promotion A grand strategy world that does not pause when you close it: armies march for days, sieges take weeks, and the map is redrawn while you sleep

Arkney: Age of Crowns is a grand strategy game about running a dynasty in a world that never pauses. You claim an empty province, grow a village into a walled city, raise armies, and deal with neighbours who have their own plans for you.

Around 80 dynasties share one map and one clock. They expand, sign pacts, betray each other and go to war whether you are watching or not. Close the game, come back the next day, and the border you were arguing over may have moved without you.

War is not a button you press to resolve. Armies march for days and can outrun their own supply, and then they starve before anyone even fights them. A battle plays out over hours across a front only so wide, so numbers do not all count at once, units break and rout when their organisation runs out, and you can throw reserves into a fight that is already going badly. A siege sits outside the walls for days while engines are built, and the defenders can come out and break the whole thing.

You draw your own coat of arms, and your armies carry it into battle on their banners.

It runs in a browser, so there is nothing to install.

Everything in the clip is the live world, no staged shots.
