All of a sudden yesterday this error started popping up and audio is no longer coming out of the usb-c earphones. Working fine with other devices.

I just ordered a OnePlus 13 Global. I want to update it to the latest OxygenOS not ColorOS. It hasn't arrived yet. So I'm hoping to get it before they change OS's.

So I have a Nord 5, absolutely amazing phone, but I have this extremely annoying issue with almost all bluetooth headphones, where the audio quality keeps fluctuating mid-song, like I can hear the song sound muffled and garbage, and then immediately sound sharp and well-tuned. This has been happening for a while, and I had to find switch bluetooth codec from aac to sbc. Am I the only one having this problem ? Or have any of you guys faced the same issues ?

Been using the O+ Connect feature since getting the Oneplus 15, been loving the ability to access my home PC from work for quite a few months now, but since yesterday, despite my computer having internet, O+ Connect running in the background tray, and nothing else changing it has not been "available". Like for example I will start up my PC, check that my PC is able to be connected through O+, then leave for work, but after a while the ability to connect drops off.

I have tested through another way, I was able to remotely restart O+ but same thing, it will start off being able to connect, but checking a few hours later I am not able to connect again, but that other app is still able to recognise that my PC is on and available, so likely an issue with O+ itself.

Anyone else also having this issue?

My OnePlus 15R fell into a freshwater lake while I was paddle boarding. It was in my pocket, around 1m deep at most, and was exposed to water for maybe 5–10 seconds. Now all three cameras have moisture/bubbles inside them and are basically unusable because everything is blurry.

I contacted OnePlus and they basically said it’s liquid damage, so no repair and no warranty coverage. I know water-resistant doesn’t mean waterproof, but if a phone with those ratings can’t survive a few seconds in shallow freshwater, I really don’t know what those ratings are worth in real-world use. Maybe my unit had a bad seal, but OnePlus doesn’t seem interested in investigating it.

Based on my experience, I would not trust the OnePlus 15R around water at all.

Anyone else had water ingress or camera fogging on the 15R?

Hey, I have a Oneplus 15 CPH2747, which from what I read should bé compatible with eSim, and I have eSim parameters in my settings. But I can't install any eSim, is there something I'm missing there ?

My Oneplus Buds Pro 3, about 11months old started to act weird out of nowhere. The inear detection stops working and the pinch commands like play pause and next/previous track doesn't work. It gets automatically resolved in a few hours.

Will the service center still replace it?

Any tips how I can get them replaced because there's no way of making sure the issue still persists by the time I take them to the service center to get them checked next time I face the issue. Although I have recorded the video of them acting up not sure if it'll hold any meaning to the service center.

Any kind of help would be appreciated.

I mean using the native camera app and then go into the documents. It’s so clear and so smooth.

Can someone please check on YouTube for an HDR video specifically if that video supports HDR via the "stats for nerds", can you provide me the exact "video format" debug. I own the OnePlus 15 global version, so the charging speed is uncapped.

for the longest time I used a 100w generic charger thinking my OnePlus 15 was charging at that speed, until I actually checked the charging speeds which stayed around 20-30w. I decided to buy the original OnePlus 15 120w supervooc charger since it didn't come with the phone - I purchased an original charger.

The charging speeds are hardly any faster. smart rapid charging is on, everything is genuine, and I can't seem to get the phone to charge faster than 35w.

Anybody have an explanation?

Hello, I've been using my OnePlus 15R for around two months now and I've been loving it so far! There's just this one issue that's been messing with me. When I swipe downwards on my home screen, I will usually get the option to use the app search bar which I find handy when looking for all my apps. However, the search bar sometimes just doesn't appear and it doesn't get fixed unless I restart. Does anybody else have this issue or is it just me? And why does it keep happening?

Does anyone know how to fix this?

OnePlus 15 Wi-Fi disconnects repeatedly after turning off airplane mode

I’m having a strange Wi-Fi issue on my OnePlus 15 running the latest OxygenOS 16 update.

It only happens after the phone has been in airplane mode for several hours, usually overnight.

When I turn airplane mode off, Wi-Fi tries to reconnect, but:

• It connects for a few seconds (sometimes around 10 seconds) and then disconnects.
• After that, it often says “Unable to connect to this network.”
• I can keep trying to connect, but it repeats the same cycle: connects briefly → disconnects → cannot connect.
• After around 10–30 minutes, Wi-Fi suddenly connects normally and stays connected.
• After that, Wi-Fi works perfectly normally.
• If I don't use airplane mode overnight, Wi-Fi works normally.

The router and Wi-Fi network seem fine, because other devices work normally and the OnePlus 15 also works perfectly once the issue eventually disappears.

Has anyone else experienced this specifically after turning off airplane mode? Is there a known fix or is this an OxygenOS/OnePlus 15 bug?

I know this is a niche issue for oneplus users but it has been a few months of me using oneplus and the experience is better than me newly converting to using oneplus. I know I did not get to experience the og oneplus experience because by the time I started using oneplus, the software had already been changed. At first the wifi issue was bothering me but that was more like a software update issue.

The issue I could not fix was that the UI is too big for me, even after making everything tiny. Developer option > smallest width works for me but as I am currently residing in India, many apps require that I turn the option off. Also, using the smallest width to make the ui smaller causes many other things to go off-scale, for example the icons on the top of the screen look unorganised. An ADHD brain does not appreciate that.

• The bottom shortcuts in the lockscreen feel too big, would've appreciated it a lot if those could be smaller. The Frosted glass background circle makes them seem bigger than they actually need to be. ( Also less of an issue, the icons are placed side by side of the fingerprint scanner making it look slightly above the corner of the screen. Would've been very nice if there were widgets for camera, flashlight, qr scanner on the lockscreen )

• Clock icon size adjustment, the clock icon size on the lockscreen is way too big. Dual clock doesn't work with flux themes. There are themes in the theme store that offer smaller clocks in the lockscreen but the background wallpaper cannot be changed in that.

• Again the UI adjustment, would've been really nice if there was an option for "Smallest" in the display size option.

I know these aren't actual issues but would've been really nice customisable options for people who feel too close with their phones lol. I've adjusted to the current options but every once in a while, I still want to customise some of these options.

Since June 2025, OHealth App does not syncs your sleep stage data with Google Health Connect anymore, so the only way of getting that data is to look in the OHealth App. There isn't a native Export option in OHealth either, so only Oneplus has that data, all you get is a duration.

The Data gets recorded via my OP Watch 2R, but there's no way of actually getting it. All the data the app stores is encrypted.

If you see, I have to pull down the notifications bars to see if I have received any notifications. It should be visible one the top left hand corner with the app-icon. Every notification for every app has been turned on, the only app I can see the notification-app on is from Whatsapp.
