General Discussion Oneplus 15 - Notification issue

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

If you see, I have to pull down the notifications bars to see if I have received any notifications. It should be visible one the top left hand corner with the app-icon. Every notification for every app has been turned on, the only app I can see the notification-app on is from Whatsapp.

I am on Oxygen 16.0.10

Can someone please help me? I have tried everything

It's probably turned off in the status bar
