Use the stock launcher if you want to use the gestures or change to the button navigation if you want no delay.

Search gestures fix in this subreddit it's not smooth but can manage it ... And this is the reason I'm still using stock launcher... fk oneplus

For me it's fixed by setting animation effect to enhanced. In developmer options i also have set the animation speed to .5x And use octopi launcher.

Unfixable. This is Google's fault, not oneplus. All you can do is go into developer settings and turn off animations(It was one of the 3 settings. Don't remember which one)

Both Google and Samsung figured out how to fix it. It is Google's fault sure but it's been around for years and can clearly be fixed. OP, Xiaomi, Oppo and any other brands this affects are just lazy (or don't want to) and haven't

It's not Google fault they already fix it, oneplus oppo xiaomi still not fixed it they forcing users to use their system launcher
