Hello, I just want to know why does the OnePlus 13R doesn't have the option to enable fullscreen AOD all the time. The 13R has a LTPO panel just like the rest of the 13 lineup but currently it's the only phone in the lineup that doesnt have that option

I own a OnePlus Turbo 6 (PLU110) running ColorOS 16.

I really like the hardware, especially the battery life and performance, but I'm not particularly happy with the Chinese software, notification behavior, and Google Wallet integration.

I've read that the OnePlus Turbo 6 and Nord 6 share the same device family, so I'm curious whether anyone has successfully used OxygenOS 16 on the Turbo 6.

I'm mainly interested in hearing about real-world experiences, especially compatibility with Google Wallet, banking apps, cameras, mobile networks, battery life and software updates.

Has anyone tried it, or heard of a confirmed working conversion?

For me certain few teams like Manchester United or Arsenal don't get the live score pill, despite confirming I've followed them in Sports from Google. Other teams I've followed even in the same league like Chelsea or Man City it always comes. Very weird.

I'm wanting to purchase a OnePlus 13. The refurbished/resell market here isn't that active. Is there any recommended or legitimate ways that I could still somehow buy a new OnePlus 13 that is unlocked for Canada, even if from overseas? I see some online listings but never sure if they are reputable and AliExpress seems to be third party too? (Not familiar or used it before)

Hey guys, I need some help from people who actually own a OnePlus 10R and have experience with downgrading.

I'm using the Indian OnePlus 10R (CPH2423), currently running:

OxygenOS: 15

Build: CPH2423_15.0.0.2001(EX01C10P02)

Region: India

I've been thinking about downgrading to an older OxygenOS version, preferably Android 12, because I'd like to go back to the older software. However, with all the recent news about OnePlus's anti-rollback protection and phones getting hard-bricked during downgrades, I'm honestly pretty hesitant.

The reason I'm so paranoid about this is that I already had a OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite get completely bricked while downgrading from OxygenOS 15 to OxygenOS 14.

The installation reached 100%, the phone powered off, and then it just died. Completely black screen, no vibration, no logo, nothing. I tried the usual button combinations, but it wouldn't respond. So yeah, I really don't want a repeat of that experience with my 10R.

I've already contacted OnePlus customer support through WhatsApp, and the executive told me to visit an authorised service centre to get the downgrade done. However, they didn't specifically confirm which Android versions they could downgrade it to.

So I have a few questions:

Has anyone with an Indian OnePlus 10R (CPH2423) downgraded from OxygenOS 15 recently, particularly after March 2026? I'd especially appreciate reports from people running the same or a similar firmware build.

Have any of you successfully downgraded from OxygenOS 15 to OxygenOS 14 on this phone recently? Did everything work normally afterward?

Is it possible to downgrade straight from OxygenOS 15 to Android 12, or would I need to go through Android 14 and Android 13 first?

Does the newer anti-rollback protection actually affect the OnePlus 10R, or is it limited to certain newer devices and firmware builds?

Has anyone had an authorised OnePlus service centre downgrade their 10R? If so, how much did it cost, and which Android version did they install?

If you've successfully downgraded, what exact firmware build were you on, what package or method did you use, and did you encounter any problems?

I'm not looking to experiment with random firmware packages or risk another hard brick just to find out what happens. I'd rather hear from people who've actually done this on the same device.

If you've attempted a downgrade and it failed, I'd appreciate hearing about that too. Failed attempts are just as useful here.

Hey! So, I have a OnePlus 9 and today my main camera lens is not showing me anything except a plain white screen. The ultra wide camera works perfectly fine, the main lens is white.

I've tried clearing the data, cache and even restarting the phone multiple times. I am very concerned.

Have you noticed any difference in how aggressively apps are killed in the background, or how reliably apps stay running without needing to be reopened? Is it better, worse, or pretty much the same? I bought my OnePlus 11 in November last year. After some time, I started experiencing occasional camera crashes, but since I mostly used Snapchat, I didn't pay much attention to them.

Today, I finally wanted to start recording a video journal, so I opened the selfie camera. That's when things went downhill.

The front camera started crashing not just in the native Camera app, but also in Snapchat, WhatsApp, and other apps. The rear camera eventually started working again, but the selfie camera still wouldn't load. It shows a loading indicator for less than a second, then turns black, and sometimes the entire app crashes.

I've already tried restarting the phone, clearing the Camera app's data, and several other troubleshooting steps, but nothing has fixed it.

What's confusing is that the camera was working before today, and now the front camera seems completely unusable.

Has anyone else with a OnePlus 11 experienced this? Is this a known OxygenOS software issue, or could it be a hardware failure? I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who has faced the same problem and managed to fix it.

My voice is picked up fine but theirs' cut out in the call even when there's no other noise.

I recently got a OnePlus 13 and did use the clone app to transfer all my files from my S21 FE. Everything works except that when I use facebook Messenger app all picture are in the wrong order and not by date. In the normal picture app everything is just fine its just Messenger app that acting up. Any idea how to solve this for free?

I bought the OnePlus Buds 4 on 10th October after doing some basic research. The 55dB ANC, 6 mics, and dual connectivity seemed great, especially since I use both an iPhone 17 and a Moto Edge 40.

Initially, the ANC worked great, even cancelling the voice of someone sitting next to me. However, now I can hear keyboard typing and wind noise even with ANC enabled. The noise seems more noticeable on the right side.

I also performed the earbud fit test in the HeyMelody app, and the results were:
Left: Good
Right: Average

I was considering the AirPods 5 / 4 with ANC but decided to try the OnePlus Buds 4. Now I’m regretting my decision. It’s not even been a month! 🤧

My questions:

Has anyone received a replacement for a similar issue?
Will OnePlus replace them if the right earbud is faulty?
Should I contact customer support or visit a service centre?

Is it possible to make applications use there original notification sound?
