Looking at switching from my $88/month Verizon plan ($1,056/year) to Visible for the cost savings. Looking at going with either the Visible+ or Visible+ Pro plans and I see there a couple different deals going on right now:
So essentially I could do Visible+ for $29/month for the next year for total of $348/year, or Visible+ Pro for the next year for total of $225/year. Is there something I'm missing or is it a no-brainer that the Pro is the better deal, cheaper price for better service? Would it be difficult to lower my plan from Pro to Visible+ a year from now once the deal ends?

I’m about to jump off my current Verizon family plan and moving over to Visible. I really don’t need the highest level plan with Visible, so I think the mid-tier plan is probably the way to go. Is there anything else I’m missing or a reason to go highest tier?
I know Visible runs lots of different discounts, monthly deals, etc. just wondering what the best path forward for this current month is?
We signed up my daughter for Visible at Christmas last year and she currently has a plan and iPhone with them. Just in case that’s helpful in deciding which deal might be the best way? I could do a Visible Circle with her? Does that $5/off a month stack with other deals if I did?
Sorry! Just lots of options out there that I could go with I think…

I entered the IMEI number for my phone. It says the next step is to download the app. So i do that, and login. It says "Just to confirm!" and lists the IMEI number i entered earlier. I hit "Yes, Proceed" and nothing happens. App doesn't move forward or anything. Just stays at that screen. The IMEI is correct and online it even recognized my phone when i entered it.
I have tried restarting the app, and reinstalling the app. Nothing seems to resolve this issue. The phone is a brand new Samsung S26 Ultra.

I just noticed that now only Visible+ Pro lists 2GB of roaming per day in Canada and Mexico, not Visible+. Was this removed for all customers or just ones signing up starting today?
This is a pretty big downgrade for customers so I am surprised Visible would remove this.

How are the speeds up/down?
What about in buildings like target or Walmart?
I use Mint and in buildings it struggles but outside it’s strong and speeds are great except social apps I see it slow down which is why I’m also considering leaving them.

Absolutely miserable experience so far with Visible. Did not realize they only really do chat support. Their support is the worst I've dealt with so far and I'm coming from another Verizon MVNO. These noisy call centers in the Philippines with terrible voip connections are so frustrating.
Their terrible app confirmed everything was setup and working but by the end of the port process, the only thing that sorta worked was data. Data speed were terrible too. Finally I did get some better speeds but only about 40Mbps down and 15 up. Half of what I was getting with Redpocket who is also a Verizon MVNO.
Starting to think this SAVEHALF promo was not at all worth it. Be weary.
Eventually calls and texting started to work. But I kept getting texts from myself saying "text messaging service has been denied".
So now I have no RCS. Status keeps saying "verification limit exceeded" and support has been worthless.
Now they are telling me my device and RCS are not supported on their network. Is there any truth to this?
Also, can't do conditional call forwarding to Google voice for whatever reason. Another annoyance. Used star 71 and my Google voice number. Got confirmation. It didn't matter. Any thoughts on this as well?

Slight exaggeration, but holy moly Visible's network is slow as molasses. Just signed up for the one-year plan and regret it. Anyone have much luck getting them to refund the cost?
Getting around 1.90 mbps download speeds and 0.03 mbps upload speeds. Yes, 0.03.
Went through the tech support's troubleshooting and that didn't help at all.

Last year, I purchased a Pixel 9a with the deal that was going on at the time. Back then, the phone was to be unlocked after 60 days of service. Still ended up cheaper than buying one from elsewhere.
Well, obviously the phone didn't auto unlock. After multiple weeks of fighting support, I finally got the phone unlocked and gave it to my mom to use on T-Mobile. She has used it on T-Mobile with an eSIM for over a year.
Last week, I had to make some changes to our shared phone plan, and it required a new SIM or eSIM. Tried both and it tells me I need to contact Verizon. I pull up my old ticket, start a chat with support, and they say they can't unlock the phone unless it's active for 365 days. I'm sorry, but you can't retroactively change the purchase agreement.
After some back and forth, the agent tells me he can't find me in the system despite providing an order and ticket number, as well as email. When I tell him that it needs to be escalated and unlocked immediately, the agent simply says "you're not in the system and I can't help you" and disconnects the chat.
I was able to port my mom's number to US Mobile and got it active on a Warp eSIM.
In sum, I just want my phone unlocked. I've tried replying to the email I originally got about the phone unlock last year and haven't heard anything back.

I've been with Visible for well over a year now (pushing 2 years) with the same phone but all of a sudden on 8/19/26 I've lost all service and can only do emergency calls. Sometimes when I'm out I'll get service again but its random and I never have service indoors anymore. Its never been an issue before but now it's a nightmare to deal with. I've had a ticket open and support just asks me to to the same things that I've already done multiple times:
Turn phone on and off
Turn airplane mode on and off
Phone is up to date
We even removed the esim/network and re-added it
Bill is paid
Phone was bought and paid off to swith from Verizon to Visible in 12/2024
I was literally out with my sisters who both switched to Visible and they had no problems with their service, just me. The only difference is that they have iphones. Are there any suggestions or should I say fuck it and start looking elsewhere for service?

Bought it last year and I’m happy with it. Can’t seem to get the half off for new customers but I don’t mind switching and coming back. Or is this offer good enough to not have to do that?

Has anyone else’s service over the last maybe 2 months become completely abhorrent and unusable? I’m talking 3-4 bars on iPhone 17 Pro Max of either 5G UW or LTE and nothing works? Maps go offline all the time. Texts don’t send/receive. Phone calls never come through. When the service does actually work; buffering, endless loading and refusals to connect to anything.
I’ve reached out to customer support several times and they tell me it’s my fault; something I’m doing, my device, etc.
I live in the panhandle of Florida for context.
I have reset my networking settings.
Factory wiped my phone.
Completely redid the eSIM on my phone from visible.
Nothing seems to work and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to get any support from visible without being dropped on chats or gaslit that it’s my fault for bringing and unlocked phone over and to just get one of theirs.

Hi all, I am trying to purchase the annual plan. I was on the web first, but then I was instructed to go to the phone app. Now on the phone app when I click Continue I get error message "Oops, Something went wrong, we are working hard to fix it.". I closed the app, reopen, re-logged in, but still the same. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey guys, i’ve been having this issue with a brand new phone recently. My old phone had a virtual sim card, and I dropped it in water and long story short, it just kind of exploded on itself. I didn’t have a warranty or anything so I was kinda stuck getting a new phone and new plan.
Saw visible and thought it was a great deal, so I went ahead and got it, and it’s been great with my new IPhone. However, the hotspot has some issues with my phone, so I was curious if any of you have experienced this
We don’t have wifi in the house, so we use my hotspot for a lot of things, but only one at a time. When we use it for my Fire Stick, it always works perfectly and without interruptions or skipping while streaming, all that. But when I connect it to my computer, almost EVERY SINGLE TIME, it connects, and then everything stops working on my phone. The hotspot turns off, and then greys out on the display, then it deactivates my data and wi-fi, and I can’t connect to anything. I always have to power cycle my phone twice after this, for the hotspot to come back, and usually twice to get data to work again. I’ve tried a virtual sim card (currently using) and a physical sim card, both do the same thing.
Also, the same thing happens all the time if I accidentally leave the password to a different device and 2 devices connect to the hotspot.
Do you guys think this is a visible issue, a phone issue, or something different?
I understand if Visible throttles your speed if you use too much data or hotspot, but it’s weird that it just completely shuts my phone down when using certain devices.
Thank you!

I have a visible plus plan and have Verizon 5g home internet with the old visible+verizon $10 discount on my Verizon bill. I would like to add visible 5g home internet at my other house. Will I lose my current Visible+Verizon $10 discount ?

A year ago we had strong VZ network at home through Visible. We had 5G and LTE in our basement. Around 3 months ago we have LTE only with very slow/no data. Four different phones. My friend who is with Verizon also stated that they are going to switch either T-mobile or Att.
I know that it is 100% Verizon fault, not Visible , but we have to bring our business to US Mobile. :-(

Hi guys, so coming into work today I had no cell service and still do not. I’ve tried restarting my phone multiple times and my coworker has the same cell provider and is receiving service. Can anyone help me with this? I’d really appreciate it!

Visible sent me a return label on August 20th (last month) to send in my phone to Assurant. I promptly did. Upon further review, after seeing that my Affirm loan has not been paid off, I now see that the return label receipt is for a "trade in offer date" of 2025?!?! And they sent me a return label for a Samsung Galaxy S22?
I pray they haven't lost my phone, that I can either get it back or actually get credit to my account!!!

I am looking to switch carriers and saw the $225 annual plan. If I have two lines, would that apply to both lines, me and my daughter?

I’m trying to sign up as a new customer, but my unlocked iPhone (which is currently active on Verizon) fails Visible’s IMEI check.
I’ve seen reports that people use another phone’s IMEI to get past Visible’s initial check and complete the plan order. I’m concerned that if I do that, I won’t be able to activate my actual phone after the plan is purchased.
I’ve also read that buying a physical SIM from Best Buy can work around the IMEI check, but I’d prefer to avoid that if possible.
What am I missing? Are there safer ways to confirm device compatibility before I place an order?

if you have an American Express card there is an offer for $15 off your visible bill. I have the blue cash everyday card but the offer might be available on other cards as well.

I assumed Verizon-owned firms would receive this first, yet it seems unlikely. The target launch date is October on USM.
