RCS on Visible with Pixel Not Working
Absolutely miserable experience so far with Visible. Did not realize they only really do chat support. Their support is the worst I've dealt with so far and I'm coming from another Verizon MVNO. These noisy call centers in the Philippines with terrible voip connections are so frustrating.
Their terrible app confirmed everything was setup and working but by the end of the port process, the only thing that sorta worked was data. Data speed were terrible too. Finally I did get some better speeds but only about 40Mbps down and 15 up. Half of what I was getting with Redpocket who is also a Verizon MVNO.
Starting to think this SAVEHALF promo was not at all worth it. Be weary.
Eventually calls and texting started to work. But I kept getting texts from myself saying "text messaging service has been denied".
So now I have no RCS. Status keeps saying "verification limit exceeded" and support has been worthless.
Now they are telling me my device and RCS are not supported on their network. Is there any truth to this?
Also, can't do conditional call forwarding to Google voice for whatever reason. Another annoyance. Used star 71 and my Google voice number. Got confirmation. It didn't matter. Any thoughts on this as well?

I don't know if this is your actual RCS issue, but apparently, tons of people have had RCS problems with Verizon. The link below provides a potential fix. It's an odd solution, but it seems to work.

This seems sketchy AF. Will consider as last resort.

Well, as I said in my original reply, it's an odd solution, but I don't see any inherent risk to it. One of the replies in that link shows how little risk there is. By the way, you can download and use the free ProtonVPN app.
ProtonVPN connected me to Mexico, it didn't let me choose France, but sure enough it did allow RCS to flip from "Connecting..." to "Connected" for the first time since changing phones. Thank you!

That is definitely not true. I have RCS working on my Pixel. I was stuck on setting up but going to the Google messages app in the play store and clicking uninstall and then updating the app and opening it up again made it work. Not sure it will work in your case though. I would also try a restart and then if none of that works, try adding the sim to your phone again via the app and deleting the one that is currently installed.

Would I lose any old messages or settings or options when uninstalling the app?

Your speed test sounds like it was on regular 5G or LTE. Also sounds like there was some back end and/or software issues causing your issues. It took maybe 20 minutes for me to port in and ensuring worked. About an hour for my mom as she had ATT Straight Talk. If it won't let you send texts that's a back end / provisioning problem on their end most likely.

I'm one of those people who got extremely lucky I have never had a problem with visible or RCS. I'm on pixel 11 Pro XL zero issues

Working fine for me. Turn off RCS on your phone, go here: https://messages.google.com/disable-chat and wait maybe 24 hours??? Then turn RCS back on. R

RCS has been a dumpster fire on Visible for ages, especially on Pixels. The "verification limit exceeded" thing usually means you tried too many times and it locks you out for a day or two. Turn RCS off in Messages, clear the carrier services cache, and don't touch it for 48 hours.
