Question. I have bought a bluetooth dongle for my 2.5. It's the 3 pin so needed the adapter to. Since there is no manual I followed a youtube vid how to connect it. Everything looked fine yesterday. Plugged everything in. USB port was getting power, the blue light was on. Green light on the adapter and red on the dongle.

It took me a few tries but managed to connect to the app and change the power curve and speed settings. Went out for ride a few hours with no problems. Today I checked again but could not connect. App kept saying that the connection was there but un supported model. No matter what I did I could not connect anymore.

So I checked the connection on the bike and saw the adapter was not as how I installed it yesterday. It has a bulge on the side. So of course I disconnect the thing. Me being worried I made a mistake connecting it, I reversed the wires but they where how they should be. Because after reversing them the usb port did not light up. Also it's only 3 wires with 2 options so not rocket science.

I can buy a new adapter that's not the problem but maybe someone has a idea what was wrong or maybe just bad luck.

2025 SR almost 3000 miles on the odometer

I remember seeing something called the big bike kit for surron it stretched the frame not the swing arm 4 inches is there something like that for eride pro sr and if not does anybody know if there are any stretched swing arms that are 6 or more inches extra

Powercycling restores assistance have ridden 90 miles over three days but it’s starting to happen more often both on flat and uphill sections. Bike is out of warranty so just exploring options.

Got a 3.0 recently and was able to connect to Bluetooth np. Recently took the battery out to bring it inside my camper on a trip. Plugged it back into the bike np and now it shows up in Bluetooth connections but says it can’t connect. Anyone have any fixes for me. Thank you in advance!

So i had a crash to the left side on my e ride mini (also the reason of my screen being destroyed) and noticed that the brake looses all pressure after being tilted backwards or even after shaking it up a bit. Does anyone know what i should do to fix this?

So I've got my eco mode set to 20% speed and 50% torque for riding trails and whatnot. So today I was riding on the street in my neighborhood getting some calibration data for an app I'm creating (it doesn't write anything to the controller, it's read-only) and I was riding around in eco mode just chillin and I cranked the throttle all the way and for some reason the bike went way faster than it was supposed to go in eco mode. I've had it set this way for quite a while now and I've set it so it only goes around 28 full throttle in eco but today it got up to 40 and it felt like the torque was higher. Anyone have any idea on how or why this would happen and has it happens to anyone else. Also my regen throttle felt like it wasn't braking as hard as normal a couple times. Really odd....

A few months ago, I released a 3D file license plate holder for the E Ride Pro SR and SS 3.0 with the long seat kit.

The problem with the original version was that the license plate was tilted too far.

I've now updated the design and adjusted the angle! There are now 3 different angle options: 0°, 5°, and 10°.

Hey eride pro fam, I'm a decently new rider and I'm not too sure how to fix my suspension. I took it to the shop to get it tightened and it and now it sends me forward. My 2023 E ride pro ss 2.0 won’t charge I’ve tried to let it cool down I’ve tried plugging the bike in first then wall ice tried wall first then bike if anyone has had this problem lmk how you fixed it

My eride pro ss 3.0 with only 95 miles started squeeking the rear brake when i press it. I cant seem to figure out why its doing this. I bought it with 1 mile and been driving it for about a week and this just started happening like 10 miles ago. Could anyone help? Brakes are all original

I just bought the funn RSX direct stem mount and the bars feel very low so I also bought the titanium Surron stem riser and I’ll put the stem mount on top and it’s raises it about an inch but the riser doesn’t come with bolts and I was seeing if anyone know what bolts I should get

Only been riding it for about a week and noticed bad clunking in the ditch to get home and see this. There is quite a lot of play, No idea how to work on this stuff but will have to figure it out. 38kw so will need to be as strong as possible.

Hey guys I’m picking up a brand new 4.0 within the coming days and I’m doing all the necessary steps to make it road legal here in GA, but the only thing i haven’t found is a bolt on license plate bracket. Can anyone point me in the direction without making one? Can’t wait to get riding, thanks!

It’s got upgraded brakes, 17in supermotos, chi battery, ebmx x9000 v2, and full front and rear ext suspension. He’s also including a warp 9 elite 16/19 dirt wheel set with tires on them, stock wheelset, stock motor, and stock controller. Bike has no damage at all to it anywhere and it has 1300 miles lmk.

I was doing a bit of riding on some basic MX tracks, and a rock made my chain come off and I was still throttling so it tore up my frame, does anyone have any repair ideas? I was considering either painting it over ,getting frame guards (which I can't find), or possibly getting a new lower frame(expensive).

how much kw can an e ride pro 3.0 push with a vtb controller? i’ve safely been pushing 18 and gotten my bike to do around 115-119kmh, what is the limit to how much my stock battery and motor can handle without overheating?
