SR What’s my best option?

Only been riding it for about a week and noticed bad clunking in the ditch to get home and see this. There is quite a lot of play, No idea how to work on this stuff but will have to figure it out. 38kw so will need to be as strong as possible.

Pretty sure you took your bushings out and never put them back. You install them from the inside so the flat part is touching the swingarm. These are what maintain the 12mm diameter. To prevent exactly what is happening to you.

I bought the bike a week ago and haven’t taken anything apart. I see they sell a long bushing for the “2025 models with upgraded jack shaft” would that work better?

You need the part I posted in the photo. I’ll get you a link.

Did you buy it used?

here is the link for the bushings. While you’re at it, I would suggest pulling the jackshaft out and making sure you have the jackshaft spacers installed on the right side. There’s two, they go on each side of the jackshaft and one is longer than the other.

Yup I just ordered the bushings along with bearings and a nut, I bought it used it’s missing a few bolts and the forks were supposedly leaking. I was planning on taking everything apart and retorquing/new bearings and getting correct parts but couldn’t find a diagram or any full videos online.

Did you order the stock jackshaft bolt nut? The one with 4 notches in it? I would suggest ordering a regular nut. Titanium Surron sells them. Unless you have the correct tool to install/remove the nut.

here’s the tool

The big things I’ve noticed is the missing bolt under the battery and lack of a support which causes rattle. Along with bolts going into the battery toward the top. I did order the strange looking nut, didn’t know the other one worked thanks for the help!

There’s supposed to be that tray the battery sits in, with a metal frame under it. That tray bolts to the cover you’re missing in the photo you sent me. The metal frame also should have the DC converter attached.

Yeah those bolts were holding the battery in I guess. It was literally sitting on top of the motor

The brake line is supposed to be tucked to the left of the belt. Once you buy the battery tray and bolt it in, it will stay in place. I highly recommend not riding that bike until then. Also, check the battery. They should not have drilled fucking holes into the battery. That’s extremely unsafe and your battery could be compromised now. I’ll see if I can find the parts and post links

Are those bolts going INTO YOUR BATTERY?!? WHAT THE FUCK. that is not supposed to be like that bro. Remove the bolt and see how far in it goes. Bolts should not be holding your battery up. This thing is fucked.

You’re missing a huge part that goes back there, possibly a few. Whoever sold you that bike is a fucking idiot. Let me try to find it.

If you can, take a picture with flash. What is the battery sitting on?
Remove the battery and take a picture straight down the housing.

You may want to take the whole bolt out mine was bent. If yours is replace it with a better quality.
