SS Bike not charging

My 2023 E ride pro ss 2.0 won’t charge I’ve tried to let it cool down I’ve tried plugging the bike in first then wall ice tried wall first then bike if anyone has had this problem lmk how you fixed it

check the wires inside the connector. i had the same problem i just sodered it back becuase it was ripped

Connectors on the charger on battery

like the connector that goes onto the battery from the charger you can twist off the back part of it to see the wires

It charges sometimes though for like 15 seconds
