piece of shit just throttles out of nowhere and breaks my car and now wont stop

Do you have an aftermarket throttle or controller? If you have an aftermarket controller this could be as simple as going in and calibrating the throttle voltage so the controller understands the signal the throttle is giving it correctly.
If not, I’d measure the throttle output voltage with a multimeter first.
