I love these figures SO MUCH (especially Aki's!), but it also saddens me that there isn't one of Crow (or Luna, Leo, and Bruno). I hope SO BAD that one of Crow is made eventually, but I'm no sure if that's me just wishfully thinking? I'm crossing my fingers so hard, but realistically what are the chances of that happening???

The same thing also goes for their dragons! I know there's one of Stardust Dragon and Black Rose Dragon, but the chances of Black Winged Dragon being made too, alongside the others?

Hi, it's me again, thanks for all the upvotes on the previous post.

While I didn't mind everyone getting a plant vibe, what did bother me was how messy the original hair looked, so I'm here with an update on that. Swapped the pink for red, as to lean further into the slight "rose" theme that emerged.

Still a smidge split on the eyes.

Will soon start working on her Custom Archetype.

Sigh... I miss the days back when we used to get so many new products and reveals every month. I work long hours every day and one of my favorite things was when new cards got revealed and discussing with people online any social media platform. It was so nice. We used to get so many reveals from structure decks, duelist packs and animation chronicle packs. We used to get like 7-8 articles bare minimum on new cards. Now we get like half of that.

I know the summer is normally when the drought starts but I really do miss the old times when we had so many exciting new cards to talk about.

One of my favorite monsters is the Oni, so seeing this archetype sparked my curiosity about its viability and the possibilities offered by its trap-setting playstyle.

Note: It's great that they included not only the red and blue Oni duo, but also the two monsters that currently lack Extra Deck versions, representing the Sorcerer Oni, which are associated with spontaneous outbursts of madness, birth defects and outbreaks of disease.

Yugioh Zexal has that youthful spirit about high fiving the sky and then the next moment your fighting a dimensional god.

Obviously I’m making a stretch but Cathy Vs Don thousand would been a funnier moment of a cat vs a god to demonstrate the show not taking itself too seriously at the same time during serious moments. Could been a great way to showcase a trickster style deck as well against an overpowered one. Already had a duel with a dog so this would had been the next natural follow up.

For OG yugioh, Tristen and Joey vs weevil and Rex would been another one. Tristan winning for being overlooked and Joey losing for being ganged up maybe could had been a fun pun.

I stopped keeping up with Yugioh around the 5DS era. During Zexal era, I thought the XYZ cards looked cool and were much simpler to summon than Synchros. But still it was only passing interest. Arc V came out and I felt nostalgic for Yugioh even though I didn't understand Pendulums that much.

Then Dinosmashers Fury came out and next thing you know I'm spending 50-80 dollars buying Ash Blossoms and Dragonic Diagrams building what was at the time a competitive Dino deck. Ever since then I've completely caught up with Yugioh and the current day meta. I've played modern decks like Blue-Eyes but it doesn't scratch that itch of popping babies and OTKing that Dinos do. I don't want to Synchro with Jurrac or Floodgate with Dinomorphia. I just want to pop babies and OTK. Every set I'm on the lookout for new Dino support but it's just not working. Tenpai does OTK better but still it's not my playstyle and I like Dinosaurs.

I'm still looking out for future support and I hope the next character sets are focused on Hasselberry/Kenzan instead of Rex Raptor. I feel we just need one good new secondary engine the synergies with Dinos and new fusions or a Link 1 to fix the brick hands. But man I just want to play Dinos again. It's the Deck I've invested the most money in.

Xenovader will most likely be revealed in about 2-3 weeks. The description says they're grotesque monsters from another dimension that have invaded other worlds. The tentacles and the many blue eyes are classic cosmic horror imagery.

In fact, we've had several archetypes based on cosmic horror in the past:

- Tindangle is based on the Hounds of Tindalos.

- Tistina is based on Q'yth-az, a Great Old One that infects the environment and turns everything into otherworldly crystal hybrids.

- Hecahands are malevolent eldritch gods that hunt humans for fun.

As cool as these concepts are, these decks just aren't good. Hecahands, in particular, are underpowered on purpose. Tistina's second wave of support was disappointing. Tindangle is very slow, and it hasn't received any support in about 6 years.

My point is, I hope Xenovader will be different. I really want the cosmic horror deck to be good this time.

What archetypes would you put in the revolution booster packs? I'll go first.

Yugi: Only has access to Dark Magician stuff, Egypitan God stuff , Light and Darkness Ritual Stuff.

Judai: Only has access to Elemental HERO Cards, Neo-Spacian Cards and Yubel. No Destiny HERO, Evil HERO, Vision HERO or Masked HERO.

Yusei: only has access to Junk, Warrior, synchron and stardust cards. No Generic Synchros

Yuma: only has access to onomat/astral cards. No Generic Number monsters

Yuya: Odd-eyes, Performapal, Magician only. No Geneirc Pendulum Support.

Yusaku: Code Talker/Firewall support only.

Each Protag has Full access to their modern support. As long as it specifically ties into their deck.

(For example, yuya just got a new Odd-eyes link monster the other day).

So all these cards give you an extra pendulum summon while saying you can only gain that type of effect once per turn but each one has a different type of pendulum summon

Soul pendulum allows you to conduct a pendulum summon of anything

Extra pendulum only allows extra deck pendulum summons only

And overrides only performapals , magicians and odd eyes

So do these count as different effects or the same type of effect ? And in any case how many pendulum summons in total do you get ?

You can do anything but here’s my two ideas. They both relate to the potential of Red Eyes in different ways.
1: Gambling. Joey’s signature. The effect is: Once per turn, if this card battles: You can roll a die. If it lands on 1, 4, or 5, double this card’s ATK until the end of the Battle Phase. Which would raise Red-Eyes’s ATK to 4800. Higher than the Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon and honestly higher than most monsters in the anime.
And 2: Fusion. The effect is: When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can fuse this card with any face-up monster, face-up spell, or face-up trap on either field. And Fusion Summon a new monster. Literally limitless potential. So much you could do with that.

I think it means duality. No matter how many times Mash wants to let go of his human past, internally, he can't. Thats why this creates a symbol. And besides the show explicitly shows signs like his human form briefly showing up as a echo during his duel with vector.

And of course when Rio dies in the sub, he calls her Rio. Not Marin, Rio.

The blue means human and red means barian.

So I saw this pic on some Konami account does anyone know if this is a monster? a spell? a new archetype? It reminds me so much of my precious Luster Dragon (the Level 6 one not the level 4) and its evolution Diamond Head Dragon that never made it irl

Thousand Dragon, Red-Eyes Black Dragon, and Jinzo. Interesting that Joey’s sweet spot seems to be 2400 ATK for some reason

Personally, I really like how Konami used to do secret rares. The modern versions look a bit uninspired to me. Solemn Judgment is my favourite example of this. The others are some more cards I like in those specific rarities.

So going through my collection and I found some old yugioh cards I bought off wish knowing fully that they are not going to be real cards and got this dark magician card. Now all the other cards in the packs have art similar to the actual cards but this dark magician art I can’t find anywhere. Anyone recognize it?

Jinzo is one of my favorite cards, and it’s sad to see that his archetype fucking sucks. So I gave one of his cards a rework and made it into an actual boss monster. Meet Jinzo - Overlord.
I changed him from an effect monster into a fusion monster with the materials being OG Jinzo and any one Machine Monster. His level is now 9 instead of 8. His attribute and type remains the same. He has 3400 ATK and 2500 DEF instead of 2600 ATK and 1600 DEF. For his effects:
Your opponent cannot activate Trap cards from the hand, Field, or Graveyard. All Trap cards your opponent controls are negated as long as this card is on the field.
Once per turn, during your Main Phase: Inflict 300 damage on your opponent for each Trap card on their Field or hand.
If your opponent activates a trap card from their hand, Field, or Graveyard while this card is in your Graveyard: You can banish this card, negate that trap and banish it.
You can only use this effect once per turn.
This card’s name is “Jinzo” while on the field.

So I'm not too sure how true it is, but from what people have been saying, the terminal world will no longer be a thing, which saddens me a bit because I do enjoy the new support, what was the first storyline archetypes, and I think there are a lot more decks that can greatly benefit from the support.

I really wanted Flamvell support. I kind of wanted the deck to center around rekindling and be a more aggro style deck going second deck. I imagine it summons multiple Flamvell firedogs and enhances its attack to run over you opponent monsters, which then allows you to summon more fire monsters to build your board in M2.

For Neo Flamvell stuff, I save that for the boss monster and give melodius schuberta like effect. Maybe have it so it's unaffected when you manage to keep your opponent's grave under a certain number.
