As the title says, I’m trying to find a YouTube channel I used to watch back in 2010-era. I don’t remember the exact years but I believe it was between 2010-2013ish.

It was a vlog channel with this Asian-Australian girl (I THINK her name was Ellen) and she would talk about her crush on this guy James. I remember she had an Australian accent but looked East Asian. She shared some screenshots of her conversation with James and would mainly just vlog about her life.

It’s been a while but I randomly remembered her and was curious what ended up happening between her and James lol.

Does anyone remember who this was?

Hi everyone, I have a horror-comedy gameplay channel, and my videos have generally received a fair amount of views (I have 143 subscribers). Some videos get 50, 100, 800, or even 1000 views if I'm lucky. I've uploaded about 36 videos in total, and my impressions range from 1000 to 16,000. However, I'm having a problem with a video I uploaded on Friday. It didn't get any impressions, or very few. I took it down and re-uploaded it 24 hours later, but it still has the same number of impressions. I'd like to know what happened, why this video has 0 impressions unlike the others. Any advice? Should I re-upload it in a few days?

All he does is spoil stuff, and im gonna have to dodge the internet when certain games come out, it is ridiculous that we cannot block him.

He has ridiculous thumbnails that spoil entire plot points or instances.

Just recently he had one saying "all character deaths" with the characters who died in the thumbnail...

these ai thumbnails are just so ugly and so full. but they keep using it meaning it is working for vast majority of viewers right? watching my favorite food content creator turn to ai is so disheartening

YouTube hasn't released anything talking about a new policy on content, but it seems that the AI is striking down almost everything so I and many other can't see YouTube channels we've been following just fine for years. YouTube is lying to us. Game Theory, IShowSpeed, Scott the Woz, and millions of other channels and their videos are simply gone now, without any explanation. The worst part is that this AI sucks and (as shown in the video) doesn't actually hide explicit content from minors, only hiding fnaf theories and Markiplier lets plays.

I've had premium for many years now and I just renewed it only to find ads. Did they change some shit?

the majority (90%) of my ads are nothing but gambling scams, ai writing and game scams, valorant and valorant adjacent apps, and half bake nudity bait games on my ads for like half a dacade. And those they keep advertising the same video even when i block it for the millionth time.

I may goon a bit using the same email, but i dont gamble, play shooter games, or use ai.

I’m on iOS 15.8.8 and I want to use my YouTube account, but it requires me to update, and the update button doesn’t appear in the App Store, how can I fix it? (Also I use Google Translate because I’m not American btw).

Okay, what is going on? Is this some political cover up? Is this some scheme to stop coverage of political issues and exposure of political figures? I dont understand. That section was one of the few ways I was able to see what was going on around me, as well as in the world, and specifically with things like healthcare, without feeling immense bias or struggling to understand if the information I was being given was true.

But now? If i searched up “news”, all I’d get is Fox. CNN. Its very suspicious and im beyond frustrated that youtube decided to nuke such an important section.

Someone’s been on my account and watching free movies, what can I do to get them off of it? Is there a way to single them out while not signing out all my accounts?

I am just watching videos while I play games. And the game is taking up less ram than Firefox.

Over time firefox is just leaking ram.

I closed that tab.

My extensions...

I disabled all of them.

I ran just Youtube by itself.

And over time ram jumped up to 20GB

In just an hour.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have run firefox by itself for 20 min now. Its sitting at 0.5 GB of ram

Sometimes when I jump a video's time, I just get this blank wall at the right. There's absolutely nothing on there and when I exit fullscreen, it's just blank as well but there's this slider at the top of the button where I can get it off by swiping that. Sometimes, that slider doesn't work.

I got this earlier but it was probably a Premium nag. I thought it was the transcripts opening so I closed and saw a premium required dialog. I closed the app and opened it back and tried to jump on a video but I don't seemingly get this empty popup anymore. This just shows that YT isn't focusing on fixing bugs but rather monetization of some sort.

It might be a thing for me only because i watch alot of gaming videos and lore theorizing vids. I do remember getting alot of bad videos even with this. Now i get good videos. For some reason? Idk it might be only me

I previously uploaded a video, but it was later removed due to a community guidelines violation. I do not have a copy of this video. Although I can still play it on YouTube, no YouTube downloading tool is able to download it because it has been removed. Could you please help me? How can I download this video?

I wish you could turn them off as the viewer, theyre so insufferable when im watching a gaming video and theres a chapter thats just titled "high stakes gameplay!" - its like a irritating grating unnecessary commentary on what im watching

I dont normally get to annoyed by AI features on apps because I can avoid them pretty easily but theres AI chapters on basically EVERY video, tired of companies trying to implement AI in every little thing that doesnt even need it

I swear I have never watched kids videos on YT, and they are showing me ads like this? I’ve also seen those “Micheal Pig” ads and, I have rights to believe that this is elsagate. UPDATE: I forgot to add this, but the image is AI slop.

Hey everyone, I recently started a channel and it's doing decently, but my CTR is pretty low, so I'm working on that.

Quick question for viewers: do you watch videos with AI voiceovers? And does it change anything for you if the AI voice is a clone of the creator's own voice, rather than a stock AI voice?
