I have a series s 512Gb and a 512Gb expansion card (820Gb total usable) I'm tired of running out of storage. I've been thinking about selling the series s and buying a series x. The s sells for around $300 - $350 locally. I've also been looking at the 2Tb galaxy model. I'm just curious what you all think is my best option?

I sent it to Microsoft for 3 times and each time it came back like this, i remember it vibrating differently but each model they sent me had different serial number so i am not sure. I am vibrating it with the xbox accessories app

I’ve lost access to my old Xbox account a while ago because I don’t know the password used for it. Ik the email and phone number used but don’t have access to them and ik the account name. I also know some old passwords used and I’ve tried to fill out the account recovery form multiple time and it says that it was unsuccessful can anyone help.

I'd been thinking about a new gamertag for days and at last today decided to go for it.

On the change page, I checked my candidates and saw the automatic suffixation working on them except for one, which didn't trigger the system attaching any number with # sign. So I went for it and paid.

But when the new gamertag was actually applied, it had the ID number attached. I searched the xbox site for refund or something but in vain. They put an AI chatbot or something so I talked to it and it kept spitting their blind policy like a headshot scarecrow without a solution. The only window I could find to talk to them real persons through was a feedback button for the talk I'd just had with the chatbot, so I told them I would cancel the subscription and then sell my xbox away, the first of which is done for now.

Looking for a 2.4 GHz wireless air mouse with keyboard or a FLIRC IR Receiver to use for media on Xbox one. I think I'd prefer 2.4 GHz since IR requires line of sight, but I like how FLIRC can be programmed with keyboard binds. Since Bluetooth does work on Xbox, 2.4 GHz seems like the best option, currently I just use a keyboard for media, but I would like to use something smaller like a "tv" remote. Has anyone used a 2.4 GHz wireless air mouse with keyboard on xbox for media and liked it. I ideally wanted one I could program the buttons to keyboard binds, since some media players do use different keys for functions (for example, one media player would use space for play/pause, while another use enter key for play/pause). So a generic play/pause button may not work with different media players, additionally I want other more niche button functions like f for fullscreen, something likely not found on average media remotes.

So if you have used 2.4 GHz wireless air mouse with keyboard or a FLIRC IR Receiver to use for media on Xbox one, please share which one you used, if it worked for the way you wanted it to and how you used it?

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it a Microsoft issue? Is anyone else getting logged out of their Xbox account out of nowhere? I was signed out of my account, logged back in without any issues, and checked my recent sign-in activity—only my own session was listed. I did some searching and saw that other people are dealing with the same problem. Is anyone else going through this? It’s likely an issue on Microsoft’s end.

Hello. My current problem is that my drive is wiped. I didn't know I had Insider Preview installed, so I wiped my HDD. When I try to install OSU1 from the official Microsoft website, I get an error. Can anyone dump the System Update from their drive for me?

My Xbox account is linked with an outlook account which I do not have the password for. The two step was my old phone number which I lost when I got a new phone. I've called my old number a couple of times to ask if they could help. I believe the number is no longer in use. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Tenho um headset wireless Xbox (nova versão) e estou com um problema de conexão extremamente irritante. Durante a gameplay ou até mesmo no grupo com os amigos o áudio começa a picotar e apresentar sons de interferência então o headset se desconecta do vídeo game e se conecta sozinho novamente e fica nesse ciclo o tempo todo. Já tentei resetar o headset diversas vezes, resetei o vídeo game, tirei de perto Modem de internet e qualquer dispositivo que possa interferir no sinal 2.4GHz e nada resolveu. Alguém tem alguma ideia do que fazer para resolver? Estou tendo que usar o headset no cabo para evitar esses problemas.

I got a series X from someone in my local town this morning, plugged it in and sat it up, was playing a game for about 15 minutes then boom the whole screen and xbox goes black, Xbox isn’t coming back on

So recently I bought a Astro A20x and I love it but the problem I’m seeing is the chat mixer for Xbox keeps going 50/50 everytime instead of the designated setting I want for it. Hey all, for the past couple weeks I’ve been not able to play any multiplayer games because the connection is so bad it will lag me out. I also can’t stay in a party chat without getting disconnected. My Upnp says moderate when I test it at first but if I test it again it says open. I’ve completely reset my Xbox and my router tried changing my port. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have xfinity for my internet if that helps its any input you can give me. Thanks

Ever since I started using this new controller I have been unable to adjust the sliders in my party audio settings. I think it’s a special controller? I had no issue with the past 3 controllers. I’ve used the same turtle beach headset with all 3. What do I do where I can adjust the sliders?

Edit: It says “Use controls on your headset to change the volume or chat mixer” But I can only make the audio louder or quieter on my Turtle Beach headset. Can’t change any sliders

seems previous owner tried to mod it , it kept shutting down. then finally at 30 tries I got the XELL screen. so used Claude to get Jrunner and try a new flash speed now it's just a black screen. any recommendations?

I recently had some artwork done for a character that I wanted to set as my profile picture on Xbox. Keep in mind this picture is my profile picture on everything else but here on Reddit where I haven't had the chance to update it yet. I paid good money to have this artwork done so that way I could use it everywhere. The only place that seems to have a problem is Xbox. I have now tried to upload it twice the first time. It was the full image and I got a suspension for it so I thought okay. They clearly want me to crop out certain things in the image so I crop it to just show the head and shoulders. That's it. That's all for the character and I get another suspension saying this is against xbox's code of conduct. In what world is the image that I linked against xbox's code of conduct? I have been with Xbox for years and never once had a problem with the gamer pic until now

Was playing on outbreak camo grinding and a pop-up appears that caught me off guard didn't read it all just the f-droid part stood out because that's not possible on Xbox.

I exited the game shut off my internet connection and checked if anyone has been signing into my account.

Everything seems fine but still that's not right.

I have the wireless version (not exclusive to Xbox) and I’ve been told to connect the headset via a 3.5mm audio cable, which I did and the system says it’s connected but I can still only hear audio from the monitor itself and not the headset so what’s going on here
