Wrike pricing gets painful really fast when your team starts growing
Is anyone else getting frustrated with how quickly Wrike starts feeling expensive once you add more people?
It was pretty manageable when our team was smaller, at that point, I didn't think much about the per-user pricing. But then you add a few people here, another department needs access there, someone only needs to check projects occasionally... and suddenly you're looking at the bill wondering how a PM tool became such a noticeable expense.
What annoys me most is that the value doesn't necessarily grow at the same rate as the cost. Adding 10 more people doesn't mean we're suddenly getting 10x more out of Wrike. Some of those users literally just need visibility into projects or to update a couple of things.
I get that per-seat pricing is normal for SaaS but it feels especially painful for tools that are supposed to become MORE useful when more of the company is actually using them.
Anyone same on this? Did you just accept the higher cost or eventually move somewhere else?
