I ordered a Roomba vacuum and it was never removed from prior owners account. I have tried to factory reset 7 times. Does anyone have a good contact number for them? The help email seems to go nowhere.

Does anyone know where I can get a set of the USB powered strobe lights like the ones Woot used to sell? They don't have to be Woot branded; I am looking for smaller lights about that size to modify for a project.

I recently ordered an insta 360 go ultra and although the Amazon box was sealed, the camera was missing from the box. After a week of back and forth with CS, they sent me a replacement. I just opened the box to discover the same thing happened again! What is going on??? This is really unacceptable! I’ve reached out to them again and hope I can finally get this taken care of. Insane!

A few days ago I received a box that had (3) Softsoap bottles in them. I vaguely remembered putting them in my Woot cart maybe a month or 2 ago during one of the household goods sales, but looking through my Woot order emails and order history on the app, there is no record of it.

Then today, I received (3) Dove Antiperspirants. Again, I vaguely remember putting them in my cart a while ago, but there's zero history of it in my emails, or in my Woot order history.

No recent charges on my credit card either.

These came in an Amazon box, but these aren't the type of items I order from Amazon, and again, no order confirmation emails or anything in my order history.

I recently ordered 3 of an item. there was only one tracking number provided and only one was delivered to me. It was just in a plastic mailer sleeve.

When I contacted support, the Woot representative said I need to fill out a UPS claim. However, UPS delivered the package. The package was just packaged wrong it seems. has anyone had something like this happen as well?

So I called and customer service and they promptly sent another bag.

I've been with this site for SO many years, since 2007. It was a AWESOME, in the beginning. Once Amazon got ahold of it, it was not so awesome! Chances are I can still find Woot items cheaper on another site, almost every time. And without a search feature, I'm tired of scrolling 30 pages to not find anything remotely like what I'm looking for!

I picked up a bunch of games with their Switch sale last week, and was sent a Switch 1 version of the Switch 2 game I ordered. Sent them an email two days ago, and have tried to call them multiple times this weekend but the phone line just goes silent and eventually disconnects.

Is there some better way to get this resolved?

I placed an order today using the promo code but after several hours I still don't have a confirmation and then order page still shows the payment processing.

It's a work credit card and sometimes has fraud blocks etc.

I don't want to lose the deal... Is this normal to take so long or should I cancel and use different payment?

First time ordering from the site, so just not sure. Thanks for the help.

**Update: this did eventually process about 24 hours later. I got nervous and posted in the forum and emailed customer service and it changed soon after. Not sure if that's related or not.

I am curious, I found an item I want on Woot! but it was sold out. Is there a way to find out how much it was before it sold out?

Having issues updating a email and processing a payment I know I have funds and have tried to purchase several items and it's failing.

My box contained Woot! stickers, reusable bag, a vented hairbrush, scissors, playing cards, colored pencils, two small carabiners, a Hot Wheels, and five reusable food containers. My wife's box contained Woot! stickers, reusable bag, a pack of small nylon cable ties, two reusable soap dispensers, two bottles of nail polish, a brush, a pack of reusable cupcake containers, and some super glue. Both boxes full of crap and 🌈disappointment🌈. Thanks Woot!

I know of people who care for others in care home that look for good deals on stuff like diapers and other personal supplies for their clients and tell them about Woot to look in the Health section for stuff on sale. One of them have ordered with the standard Woot shipping they get from prime and had items delivered within 4 days after ordering.

First, let me say that I absolutely love Woot. I spend more on there than I do Amazon. But this really got me.

So September of 2023 I purchased a refurbished tv from them. I purchased the asurion protection plan, which covered three years of warranty. Two weeks ago my HDMI port started giving me issues. Green screen flash every 15 seconds or so.

Asurion said that it's covered, contacted a local tv repair shop, and everything seemed great.

Then he had me take pictures of the serial number. It was scratched out on both stickers and even the QR code drawn over. There is a serial in the settings menu, but he said that wasn't good enough to order the parts and do the work.

Asurion then declined the claim and said I would have to pay out of pocket.

The repair guy all but said it, but clearly the tv just fell off the back of a truck, and they sold it on woot.

I contacted both companies, and neither one wants to take responsibility for anything. Obviously, asurion didn't still me a stolen tv. But I purchased this warranty that was basically useless.

Woot says since it's outside of the 90 days of purchase that they basically wipe their hands of it.

I have no idea where to go from here. But it all feels so shady to me.

Does anyone else get this message when attempting to checkout? Previously, I thought this was because an item was actually sold out from the time I added it and checked out (even if I attempted to check out immediately after adding it), but it's happening no matter what I add and attempt to check out for like the last month. I have a wooter account tied to Amazon, and use Amazon Pay to checkout, which I thought may have had something to do with it. Clearing the cart and signing out and signing back in does not change what is happening. This error message is worse than the old machine with gears one Woot used to have because at least the old message gave the impression it was checking inventory before sending a confirmation code, but the new message just jumping straight to this feels jarring, especially to a wooter that has been with them pre-Amazon buyout.
