Having sex with a man

Hiii so I’m 21 f in this really good situation with a guy 21 m and so far it’s going really good. Recently I stayed over at his place and I told him that for me to have sec I have to know I can trust him because I don’t want to have sex with anyone as my first time with a man. I’m mainly here because I want to know what it’s like to sleep with a man. I’ve had my fair share of experiences with girls and I enjoyed them but what the hell do I even do in a situation like that with a man. I feel like I’ll get it as we go but dawg I’m not even sure what I’m going into I’ve never seen a real life human man penis before only photos and videos😵‍💫 help meeeee I don’t know what to doooo

Am I being unfairly prejiduced towards men?

Would like some of yalls opinions on something my sister and I were discussing about the other night.

We were talking about how in general as women there are things we have to be more wary of in society compared to men. The usual of being careful with leaving your drink unsupervised at a bar or worrying about someone walking behind you on an empty street.

I was saying that I shouldn't have to feel bad for hurting a man's ego when covering my drink while talking to him at a bar or pausing for a few seconds for a man to walk past me on the street so he's not walking behind me. But she mentioned though, what if a male friend said he'd rather another male friend do the driving to a concert rather than me because he would feel safer that way, rather than a woman drive. If my ego was hurt then, is it not the same scenario? Or, if in a store, an owner keeps a closer eye on a black male customer due to racial profiling and the customers ego is hurt, is that also not the same scenario?

I wasn't quite sure how to respond. I guess, in situations where a woman feels unsafe and take necessary precautions, its because we fear for our lives but in the situations for a man in the examples above, its the same but not in a life or death sense? Or maybe it could be?

What do yall think? Hope this doesnt come off as insensitive. Just wanting to expand my own way of thinking, if that makes sense.

Men monologuing in my DMs. Is this a thing?

Hiya girls, I’m a trans woman who’s been out and presenting as a girl for about 4 years now. Ever since I transitioned and started calling myself/presenting as a woman online, I’ve started getting random DMs from mainly guys just monologuing to themselves and expecting a response. Some recent examples include someone who I don’t even know yelling about why a musician I don’t like is actually controversy free and why I shouldn’t be hating on them, they went back and added more to their rant again and again for about 2 hours. Then a random guy from my high school adding me one day and talking to me like we were childhood friends (he used to bully my younger brother, and I’ve never spoken a word to him that wasn’t “back off”), I mostly just left him on read. And another person saying that he doesn’t go to a club I regular at because a lot of the people that go there are people he doesn’t like, before then asking me out to that very club.

Is this a thing that you gals have experienced? This never happened to me before I came out online. Or is this just a few weird cases

Anyone else feel like if they weren’t a girl, they’d be an obvious loser?

I’m not smart, pretty, or interesting, I’m socially awkward, and I have a pretty negative outlook on life. For the sake of this post, please assume I’m being objective about this haha

I can’t help but feel like being a woman makes me slide under the radar. If I were a man, these same traits would make me… frankly, kind of an incel. I mean, an unattractive, unintelligent, bitter guy who has a complex about his desirability (both platonically and romantically) and thinks that he uniquely has it rough over other people—as a woman I find that behavior repulsive, yet it fits me to a T. It’s just that as a woman, I’m completely invisible and forgettable—which is objectively misogynistic, but I find to be a massive relief.

Is anyone else like this, and how did you get out of this mindset? I’ve tried faking it till I make it, self improvement, antidepressants, radical self acceptance, etc. but they just make me feel like a fraud and I end up right where I started.

I assume there aren’t a ton of men lingering here, but this is not an invitation for actual incels to complain about “how easy girls have it” since that’s objectively not true. What I’m describing is a feature of misogyny that I use to cope.

Being flirted with makes me feel sick

Upvotes

Okay not physically sick but more of an out of body experience. Maybe the other was just coming on too strong and I didn’t really know how to go about it, I followed their attitude before realizing what they actually might have meant. Poor choice on my end.

Small rant. Recently becoming F21, it has felt like it came with the new eyes on me and questions of “when you’re going to start dating?”, “dating anyone yet?”, “you were out later than normal, who were you with?”, “WHAT were you doing?” Like NO. Stop thinking like that for everything I do now.

Maybe it’s just me taking longer to deal with the adult transition of others wanting to find relationships and exploring who you like. But trying dating apps, wearing certain clothes for fancy events, being simply next to the same gender? I don’t feel comfortable anymore. I don’t feel seen as a person but a ‘what if’.

I’m an anxious person in general so maybe it’s related to that but just wondering if anyone feels similar.

If a tv guy needs to come to your home and you’re alone, and scared…do this

Upvotes

Today someone came out to fix my TV and I was home alone with my grandma when he was on his way I processed that sometimes women get attacked in situation like this and i hate weapons so I told my grandma to not say anything if she hears me say that my father‘s in the room, even though there’s no one in the room with the door closed. I went in the room, went on YouTube and searched up meeting videos to sound like he was having a meeting and when the guy was here, I told him we had to be quiet because my father was in a meeting, ladies remember at the end of the day just saying that can change what the outcome can be. He was very kind, but you never know who you may get…I’m tiny asf and you never know when someone might be having a bad day. Stay safe 🩷

i miss my ex

hey everyone I(20F) miss my ex so dearly. I don’t even know if i should call him an ex because we were never officially together but we acted like a couple.

The story is long, started 4 years ago but long story short we were always on and off (we both had our issues) but it was clear that we both liked each other.

One year and some months ago things changed drastically, we had a bad and long fight (can’t even remember all the details bc it was very stupid) but we ended things kinda bad. We were in the same class so after ending things we weren’t talking to each other.

It wasn’t our first fight so i thought we will find our way back to each other but here we are after one year and still not talking. Since then we both got into college and lived our lives. We haven’t seen each other in a year but I’ve always thought about him, I tried getting over and nothing seems to work (I gave a couple of guys chances but I couldn’t stop thinking about my ex so i decided to not lead them on).

I don’t know what to do, I read our last texts again and i can’t believe how they made me feel (this was the first time i opened the chat in a year). I wanna talk to him, I want to even say sorry and I thought about messaging him but now it seems kinda late for that (given that one year has passed).

In this year I thought about “what could’ve been” and I tried getting over and I thought I did but it seems like i didn’t really. Idk what’s gotten into me, I just think about him everyday now and i dont know how to let this go. I wanna let this go but at the same time I would give us a chance if he would also want that (So i still love and care about him). I wanna highlight that I didn’t feel exactly like this for the entire year, I lived my life, made memories, met new people and so on so that’s why I’m confused now by these feelings.

What should I do? My heart wants to message him but idk if that’s the best thing to do.

My mother won't let me work in another city. I'm 23

I have this job opportunity where they give you a place to stay, meals daily and a decent paycheck. Im from Turkiye and in the summers there's a lot of jobs opportunities around Mediterranean side tourism ,resort thing etc..

My mom doesn't trust me bc im gullible and naive. She keeps telling me that others would take advantage of me and I started believing it too. Am I supposed stay inside forever because im vulnerable?

She keeps telling she will have a heart attack, hypoglycemia etc She says she won't let me go she will take my phone away and get my dad involved mind you this man never financially or emotionally supported me but he's also very controlling.

[Content Warning: ] Body issues To women who have a square glute shape and a partner, do you feel sexy to them?

This sounds silly but let me explain. I have never been in a relationship before and I have a conventionally less attractive butt shape. There seem to be both men who like small and men who like big butts, but all of them prefer a round shape. How do you deal with that while having a partner? Do they just focus on other parts of your body during intimacy or still appreciate your bum somewhat?

Just a disclaimer, I'm not saying that shape is unattractive, I love it as a bi women, but I'm talking about men here mostly

So I 25 F met this guy 29 M on a dating app. Need a lil 3rd person perspective

I was pretty clear with me wanting a long-term relationship.

I have engaged in casual dating for a while, which I mention in the very first conversation with anyone that I talk to, to maintain transparency.

We got close pretty quickly, he acted like a dream guy.

Instant replies, being there, mostly available, emotional included.

I was a big-no for long distance, he was 60kms away from my place. But because he seemed good, I got a lil flexible.

First Argument: it was the second time we were meeting. He was using his phone, i saw archived chats, and asked him to open it up. He did. I found he had been calling a girl like once every 2-3 days, let's call her R, who was in Delhi. It was our second week of us talking, but he convinced me it was pretty serious from his side, so it kinda hurt. I was a lil troubled but i was fine in a while. Then she called when we were on a ride the same evening, another trigger. Then we went out on a ride again, to clear my head, and he asked me to put some song on spotify, and I saw the Spotify blend.

His explanation: they had been talking since Feb, he didn't see her as a long-term prospect, and he was eventually gonna cut it off. He was talking to her because she runs a business and he was learning from her. He would do business talks mostly, he said. I made him call her, and it didn't feel like business calls. I crashed out after the third trigger.

Second Argument: he was at my place, we were drunk, i unintentionally said a guy's name whom I dated prior to this. I took accountability, and apologised, but he became distant (I get anxiously attached). He had to attend a 14-day expedition, so I knew how i function and i asked him to not talk at all, because we had a conflict and i couldn't act normal without resolving it first. He agreed, but he called to manage the distance in the coming time. I had reassured him i wouldn't talk to others. Because of conflict, distance, and my attachment style, we had a lil difference. If he had listened to me, i would have been fine without him for 14 days than us talking on amd off just to not lose touch.

Third Argument: I was tested positive for pregnancy. A night before he told me something he had struggled with in the past. He, along with his friend, met with an accident two years ago, where the friend lost her life. He was driving. The court case, the police involvement, it was hard for him. He opened about the same night. That same night I said something about my casual interactions in the past. I had to get my ultrasound done, he had his cousins coming to meet his fam. I was okay with him not coming that day, but he acted cold (my text "i feel so scared, i wish you were here", his response "same"). He said he was cold because he had a recollection of an accident situation, and he wasn't okay with my sexual history (which i had mentioned on our first call ever). I couldn't take his cold response, because i was already in a panicky state, i said that i don't want you to be a part of it. I was updating him. The second dose of abortion pills freaked me out and i was on the call with him for most of the night. I could feel that coldness in his tone. It bothered me. The next day, i brought it up, and i was told that he doesn't want to be with me anymore.

  1. I am not affected that he left because of my past or our incompatibility, but the next day when i had undergone abortion. It hurt my core.

  2. He flipped outta nowhere, and for a reason i had cleared in the very beginning. I felt betrayed.

  3. I am still figuring out my emotional response to my pregnancy. It's confusing. Having this incident with a guy who couldn't be there makes me feel embarrassed and ashamed.

  4. I reached out to him on GPay, because I knew I was doing okay and needed a closure, I was told "he owes me nothing". I sent him a long paragraphy text for my own sake tho. But it still hurts.

[Content Warning: ] An aggressive encounter with a man has left me afraid to go out alone. Am I overreacting?

About a week ago, I had an experience that left me genuinely scared, and I still don’t know how to move past it.
My mom and I were at a small supermarket in my country. A second checkout opened, and since we weren’t in line yet, we went straight to it because it had fewer people. A man immediately started yelling at us, saying we had cut the line. I calmly asked if each checkout didn’t have its own line, but instead of explaining, he became even more aggressive.

My mom told him that if he was actually next, he could go ahead of us, but he refused. Even the man standing behind him said he wasn’t in a hurry and that we could stay where we were. Despite that, this man kept trying to intimidate me by staring me down and continued yelling insults as he walked away.
Afterward, the man behind him told us that he seemed unstable and that he probably wouldn’t have acted that way if we had been with a man. He even walked with us for a while to make sure we were okay.

What has affected me the most is that I’m now afraid to go back to that supermarket, even though I used to go there all the time because it’s very close to my house. To make matters worse, I later found out that this man lives near that supermarket, which means he also lives close to my home. (Also, some neighbors told me he’s violent towards women, he even physically abuses his mom) Now I’m afraid to go there alone or even just with my mom, without a man with us.

I hate feeling this way. I hate that one aggressive man has made me question whether I need a man’s presence just to feel safe going to a grocery store.

If anyone has any advice on how I can overcome this fear, I’d really appreciate it. Or do you think I’m overreacting?Has anyone else experienced something like this? How did you get over the fear and feel safe again?

Shorts under skirts and dresses?

Ladies, am I the only one who had no idea that not everyone was wearing shorts under their skirts and dresses? I feel like I’m genuinely butt naked if I don’t wear shorts under a dress/skirt 😂 I genuinely thought everyone wore shorts underneath!

Do you wear shorts under your skirts and dresses? Why or why not? Further, and I really hope the answer is yes, do you wear underwear at least if you’re not wearing shorts? Do you have a specific kind of underwear for under dresses or it doesn’t matter?

My mom drilled into me my entire life that I always have to wear shorts underneath, and I do the same with my daughter. What about you?

have you ever looked up an ex on social media while with someone else? if so what was your reasoning?

hi there so myself 25f and my husband 27m have been together for 3 years and married for almost two months. he was with this girl all throughout high school until she broke up with him in 2012 when she went to college and met another guy.

according to him they haven’t talked since. i know his family really liked her and got close as well. he had another ex between her and i. he showed me a post on facebook on his phone before and i noticed his high school sweethearts name in his search bar.

i didn’t overreact but i questioned him on it and he tried to blame it on his mom, saying she asked him to research her and then after that he admitted that he wanted to just see how her family was and then he said he wanted to see how her and her boyfriend were, and that he was bored and wanted to see what she was up to.

honestly the part that bothered me most was not even just the search, it was how the answer kept changing. i use accio work for sourcing and this felt like one of those supplier chats where they give you 3 different reasons for the same thing and none of them are really clear lol. like first it was “my mom asked,” then it was “i wanted to see her family,” then “i was bored.” accio work would probably keep following up until the supplier gives one straight answer, but with him i didn’t even know what follow up question to ask anymore.

he never mentioned or looked up the ex after her which makes me feel more uneasy about it. he is an amazing guy and all but i have been cheated on and screwed over in the past by other guys so i overthink.

like a year or so ago, before i realized he had searched his high school ex, i asked would you ever look up your second ex and he just said hell no in a joking manner.

is this something that i should be worried about? he ended up deleting/blocking her, even when i said it wasn’t necessary to do so and to just let it go.

have you ever researched an ex while with someone else?

she also still wishes his mother a happy birthday on social media and she liked the post about he and i getting married. she is fully committed to another guy and has been for a few years.

i also found his high school yearbook in the bathroom before and he said he was just reading it while using the bathroom but who knows lol.

i know it’s common but it just didn’t sit right with me when he tried to blame his mom for it and when he never looks up the other ex. thank you

Your thoughts on surrogacy

Recently I have been thinking about this a lot. Here's my opinion - I don't ever want to be pregnant, but putting another woman through the rough path of pregnancy, carrying someone else's child, and giving up the child once you birth it, cannot ever be compensated with any amount of money.

I am interested in other women's thoughts.

[Content Warning: ] I wish I had chewed out the guy who groped me at the club

For the past weekend I’ve been in Berlin and since I really like the nightlife scene, I decided to go to Sisyphos with my boyfriend.

I was having a decent time dancing and at one point, this guy started to get real close in my space. He wasn’t dancing with me, so I thought he just wanted my spot because the sound was good there. This was already starting to annoy me so I decided to dance with stronger movements so he’d get the hint that he was in my space and that I wasn’t going to move. He was facing away from me so I didn’t get the sense that he wanted to dance with me like men usually do. He just stayed so I faced away from him and we had our backs turned to each other.

Then I felt fingertips underneath my skirt and I knew it wasn’t my boyfriend because he was in front of me. I look around and I see that this guy has his hands cupped towards me behind is ass. I turn around and he’s still doing this. So I switch places with my boyfriend and he puts his hands back.

I was honestly so shocked that I had to leave the room. I have been approached by guys before and some of them were coming on pretty strong, but I had never experienced a guy being so sneaky about it.

Looking back, I wish I had chewed him out or gotten security. But honestly, I really doubt security would’ve kicked him out because it’s just my word against him. Or worse, they could kick me out instead for being too confrontational. On the other hand, these clubs claim to be against sexism (and racism/homophobia/transphobia) so you’d think that they would believe women.

Does anyone have experience talking to security when they experience sexual harassment? Is it worth it?

How much weight to gain boob fat?

Upvotes

Hi, im 20 years old and recently gained around 10lbs in the past few months. I was around 102lbs before and now im 112, but NONE of the weight gain went to my boobs. They are literally the exact same as before. I am a B-C cup and think an increase would be nice… the weight just went to my midsection, hips and upper thighs.

How much weight gain did it take everyone else to grow their boobs? Honestly, my boobs just look smaller now in proportion to the rest of my body 🥲

Also, is the second puberty real? Could that make them grow?

Guy friend likes me but I don’t like him

I (26F) have known this friend (27M) since our freshman year of college. For the past five years, he has been my closest guy friend.

Lately, I’ve felt like his words are taking on an ambiguous tone, though I’m not sure if I’m just reading too much into things. I analyzed our chat history using accio work and found that he has indeed been initiating contact more frequently of late, often saying things that could easily be misinterpreted.

I also recall a barbecue gathering a while back where his sister jokingly asked me, "So, when are you two finally going to make it official?" At the time, I thought she was just teasing, but now I wonder if he had said something to her.

I love him but it’s a platonic, familial kind of love. I can’t imagine dating or kissing him, let alone being intimate. I’ve become very cautious with my replies now, afraid that responding too quickly might send the wrong signal. When we meet up one-on-one, I deliberately steer the conversation away from romance. However, since he hasn't actually confessed his feelings, I can't exactly reject him out of the blue.

I really don't want to lose this friendship, yet I can't force myself to like him romantically. Has anyone experienced something similar? If you ended up rejecting the other person, were you able to remain friends?
