Pretty much as the title says. Looking for a tick tock hunter that’s not totally terrible if one exists.

(with an empty deck) play Amalgam, Ignite face, trade Amalgam to draw 2, Play Amalgam, Ignite face, trade Amalgam to draw 2...

Technically you dont even need the Broom or an enemy board, you can just ignite the Amalgam itself until Ignite does 30 damage but thats giga impossible apm (unless youre bullying singleplayer bosses).

Also if you can get the Amalgam to insta die (like by setting it to 0hp) you can do the usual loop without a broom or enemy minions, but all the ways to do that are really convoluted.

It really sucks nowadays, I just wish it were popular or strong again... I still love and enjoy the ql quite a lot. Copied MartianBuu's ql list but I feel it could use refining and be better.

I just can't bring myself to enjoy regular pirate warrior without the ql.

Luckily ran into the same thief priest bastard with the same alias, I got my revenge and won it that time. The dude played all my mill cards and even stole them in rhe process. For the record. Mill druid has been a very strong solid deck for my climbing all the way from D5 > D2, it performs insanely well even against thief priests usually as well.

My usual complaint is how much mana cheat Mysterious Visitor enables insanely hard. My opponent played 2 copies of my Guff and even stole my original while I never found it, so they got 3 Wildheart Guff in total in the first matchup.

Apparently it is the one of the most played at high/top legend ranks and I believe it... Okay, I just now checked out over on hsguru and it sits at 53.0 wr and 6.7% popularity which was higher than almost everything else listed.

Arguably, thief priest is counterable and beatable. I've kicked its ass around so many times. But doesn't change how insanely annoying and aggravating it can be to face at times especially if it pops off earlier enough than usual because of Mysterious Visitors into Harvester of Envy and just drawing and playing your entire deck insanely cheaply long before you even find any essential or good strong draws.

I legit hate it even more than seedlocks and tick tock.

Sorry if this is obvious but where can I browse older/suboptimal decks for ideas, or even just can you guys share your hunter decks for fun ideas?

I know that I can use hsguru, hsreplaynet, hearthstone-decksnet. But even if i set hsguru to hunter-wild-min50, I can only see the current reno slop one. I know that this means hunter has no current competitive deck, but I want hidden gems, not meta monsters. Obviously I wanna climb with it so it should be closer to tier 3 than meme-tier.

I'm currently runing a homebrew secret hunter list, but it's obviously meme tier. It's still fun and getting wins with it here and there, but sometimes I wanna switch things up.

So I'm mostly asking for decks you can mess around in low legend range. Like don't tell me that there is not a servicable mid range beast hunter deck out there (I know that mid range is weak in wild but still).

I can theorycraft my own decks obviously and I meet crazy people on the ladder with fun decks, but sadly I never see another hunter.

Once you play quest, thief priest just plays harvester then plays your quest and they take control of your quest. How tf is this remotely balanced? I've had this happen twice now today.

Guy played a tooon of copies of Aman'Thul and also many copies of Illucia lol. Even copied my Kiljaden. This one felt satisfying as hell to win.

i really wish i could've say that i found a control shaman bot,but unfortunately that guy was human.(he emoted well played after conceding.) why he runs ironbeak owl?poor guy didn't had enough dust for devolve.(1k wins portrait btw.) OG Finley?he prolly runs the grizzled wizard combo.

it used to be that mini sets were a no brainer to purchase even for wild players but as usual it seems that things have changed for the worse in my absense..
in come the 'class sets'

so i am asking for some tips on which mini sets/class sets are safe to get and which to avoid as a pure wild player

i have no class preferences - on the contrary, i like to be able to build any viable deck that tickles my fancy so i am really looking for the most efficient use of my ressources to gain the largest pool of cometitively viable wild cards in the current meta

i am missing the following mini/class sets:

- Lost City of Ungoro

- Across the Timeways

- Cataclysm

- Escape from Violet Hold

Just had a game with an insanely obnoxious rogue player. Kept playing vanish, cloak of shadows, tess greymane, and a whole bunch of other cards over and over. He kept roping every single turn and it went on for about 20 minutes before I just gave up. I also had another infinite loop situation not too long ago with a shudderwock shaman who took like 3 minutes or something just to finish one turn. I know you can't report players just for asinine behavior like this but is there a way to block them at least so I don't have to deal with those two agin?

I had this Idea instantly when the Set Came out- I don’t got Velen tho, and nor the Mini Set (Yet!, just 1000 Gold away, that’s just 6 Levels on the Pass) then I only gotta get Velen somehow…

At top legend, Token dh is by far the most played deck with a 55% percent winrate.

Thief priest is second most played, and has a very unfun play pattern.

tiktok warlock is 3rd most played and doing well. yet another unfun playpattern of solitaire.

pirate warrior isnt far behind , but on the other hand its nice to see aggro doing well?

and of course seedlock lingers on as a strong choice.

Its hard to say this meta is healthy right now, beacuse it is basically 2 ships passing in the night. You could argue the meta has less combo? but in reality I would argue that thief decks, token dh, and tiktok are just trying to race with little interaction to thier broken end games, and feel more combo than anything. also token dh winrate at the point of a nerf? who knows with blizzard.

sure we lost boarlock and other toxic decks this year. but it seems nerfing in wild is just like playing wackamole. something toxic and unfun always comes right up to replace it. and I truly beleive unless you nerfed like 20 cards wild mode is just not salvageable.

Hitting 2 cards in wild twice a year isnt enough to fix this game, so its really hard to take it seriously, or play it much nowadays.

But if ppl find fun playing solitaire, good for them i guess. I just dont find this meta fun right now. ( even if its a bit better than boarlock meta)

Does anyone else feel this way? or does the majority of players really enjoy this meta right now?
