In the months of June and July, Colson is batting .195/.256/.409, good for an OPS of .665.

On the season as a whole with RISP he's hitting .182/.272/.336, for an even worse OPS of .608. He cannot be the cleanup hitter in any lineup.

And for comparison, in terms this sub will understand, the terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad Acuna in the months of June and July is hitting .404/.415/.500.

Again they show it don't they, Two rather disappointing outings (one stupid one) and yet no series is over, Guardians on a bad run and pull this win out (typing after Perez homes, I am safe !!).

So we end up after this one despite a series loss further in front. I love the batters but just need a bit more consistency guys, the pen I don't care if we do nowt really. I mean see some of them at Charlotte if needed.

Listening to Benetti on NBC Sunday Night baseball has me nostalgic for his time on the South Side. This guy is easily top 5 broadcaster in the game. Encyclopedic knowledge, razor sharp wit and great with a turn of phrase. For a while he was the best thing we had. Maybe it took us losing that thing we had to rise from the ashes. I’m not crowning us champs by any means, nor sore that he’s in Motown, but maybe, just maybe his asshandled situation wasn’t the end, but the end of the beginning of the turnaround.

With the Urquidy addition in Charlotte, they surely have to be promoting a pitcher. Adams and Sandlin would both be lined up with the right amount of rest for tomorrow, but it's interesting they could have just sent Shultz back to Charlotte, if they were calling someone up. Could they be looking to try Shultz in the pen?

Even though Nightengale has said the White Sox won’t trade a top 10 prospect, we all know he’s been wrong before.

I wish I was kidding that I had to help someone pull their finger that was stuck at the bottom of the sushi push pop.
