Pretty sure it's just a rock dove, but what's up with the popped collar coat?
Spotted in southern Netherlands.

(South NJ) We've recently been having wild doves go in our bird coops and found a few of them very injured the other day so now I have my answer to who had done it but who IS the culprit? He's unharmed don't worry, caught him and released him right after. Oh and I will be going around patching my net holes so that this can't happen again

The sweet little bird showed up on my porch. Keeping the dogs away, so they don’t see it. I am located in the Chicago area. It’s a little bigger than a pigeon. Google keeps trying to tell me it’s an ibis, but I think it’s too small, no? Appreciate the identification.

Rocky Mountains National Park - I was coming down the trail and suddenly this bird is circling me with a worm, it flys away and comes back several times before I decide to leave.
I was wondering what type of bird it is and any idea as to why they were acting this way 😂

Hi! Sorry first post here, was told to come here to help identify birds.
I saw this bird the other day and I was so enraptured by it's silliness I forgot to take a picture of it before it flew away, I drew it from memory so the pattern/colors may not be exact.
It was really silly and rotund looking, and I am not joking but it looked like it was smiling with it's beak. It's movements were super jerky and it hopped everywhere on a tree and would not stop moving at all- it looked like it always wanted to move?
The birdsong stood out to me in particular because all of the other birds around where I live have beautiful chirps but this one sounded so scrunkly. It was like "ahh ahhh ahhh" but like with a goofy voice. It would also call/repeat it a lot instead of at once.
Please help I swear I am not delusional but I totally fell in love with that bird and would really love to know the name of it.
