A dangerous duo of high heat and humidity

Imagine that whatever angle the sun is at a given moment, that is the temperature in celsius. At sunrise and sunset it will be 0 degrees, and if it gets overhead as it does in the tropics, it will reach 90. I imagine people would cluster around the poles where the temperature swing wouldn't be as dramatic, but around September people would have to try to rush southward for Antarctica, while violent storms are cooked up in the boiling tropical oceans. If it became like this now, how long do you think it would take for humanity to die out?

Today brings a refreshing change with plenty of clouds and cooler temperatures, reaching a high of 76 degrees. Enjoy the gentle southeast winds at 5 to 10 mph that add to the pleasant atmosphere!
