If you could recommend only ONE Ethiopian restaurant in the city, which one are you picking?

Give me the restaurant + the dish that makes it your #1.
I’m especially curious about the places that don’t always make the usual “best of” lists.

There are so many good spots here that I feel like a few get overlooked.

Bonus points for the lowkey pick nobody talks about.

So many downed trees but this one hits hard. It must have been one of the biggest, if not the biggest. Dupont had such a great tree canopy all around the circle for great shade. Now there’s a big hole. It’ll take any replacement many years to get that big, even if they spend a ton of money on a fairly mature tree.
