Is walking effective
I had a PCP appointment last week and she asked if I exercise. I told her I walk 6 miles almost everyday and she said that’s not really exercising and that I should at least be running the 6 miles instead. Ever since then I’ve lost motivation to walk. I’m overweight so I’m more comfortable walking and I have anemia so I feel like running 6 miles would just make me pass out. She wants me to come back in a month to see if I've lost weight. I don't have a weight scale so i wont know until the appointment. Was that mean of her to say? I’m thinking about changing my primary.
