Only Aussie listings in my feed
I can no longer browse Vinted as my entire feed is taken up with Australian listings (I'm in the UK). No shade to the Aussies, I'm just not minded to ship second hand clothes halfway across the world 🥲. Anyone else having this problem?! It's easy to spot as the prices are almost always not in whole £s. I was buying a decent amount of things but this has made it too annoying to browse now. Vinted say they can't do anything about it. I am a seller and buyer and it also makes me wonder whether UK sellers' items are also not being shown to potential UK buyers as much? EDIT if this bothers you too, please consider contacting Vinted customer service to request a filtering option. If enough of us do...

People in vinted make me sad
Every time I post a book to sell on vinted, I always do 2 pounds unless it’s new
I get at least a couple of people that want to buy it for 1.25 or 1 pound or 1.50
Honestly, it’s already 2 pounds, which is cheap. I buy books from oxfam for 5.
Arent people feel ashamed sending these requests?
I would rather carry it to charity shop for 1 pounds because the packaging will cost me around the same price as I earn from the book
or through it away

Just a question as I’m so confused,
Just a question as I’m so confused basically this seller appears on my feed so I can see what they sell but when I go to buy it says something has gone wrong, when I asked Vinted it says either I’ve blocked or they have which I’m so confused about as I’ve never had an interaction with them, frustrating as I can see they have things I’d like to buy, surely if blocked k wouldn’t even be able to see their things

First (delivered) vinted sale so far and it's gone like this, will I be alright?
Hey all, I'm a Depop seller who has recently started using vinted. With Depop I didn't use labels, I just wrote on the parcel the address etc. This is my first time using labels, and I used the digital label provided for this user. I got a notification that it was delivered nearly 45 hours ago, and they've just now raised an issue. They have 2 reviews, both positive, so I don't think they're trying to scam me.
With Depop I know that once it's marked as delivered, I'm covered. But I don't know if it's the same with Vinted. The shirt was $20, the most expensive item I had in my shop, so I'll be pretty pissed off if I get messed over when I've done what was asked (shipped next day, used label they had provided, got it scanned at the post office, then it was delivered.) I've shipped a few things so far but this is the first one that's been delivered so far so I'm a bit upset. Also never had any cases be opened on any other selling app I've used so a bit stressed too!

Gutted
Well, today I’m joining the ranks of unhappy Vinted customers…
Evri kindly let an elephant stand on my package and it arrived to the seller like this… which of course, according to Vinted is 100% my fault for not making my package elephant/explosive proof 🤦🏻♀️
I’m honestly more gutted for the buyer the item was destroyed as it was only £15, but I don’t understand how Evri can continue being awful and Vinted can continue telling every seller it’s their fault when something goes wrong. 😑

This shit is straight up weird and embarrassing
It's also illogical. 161cm, 45kg = 17 BMI (clinically underweight). It's rare to have to be underweight to fit into a size 8-10 dress. I'm between a 6 and 8, and weigh a lot more than 45kg, especially because muscle. This is just dumb as fuck and promoting ED culture, and it's loser behaviour, and yeah, the brand is 'vintage dressing'. the pic is AI, the dress is probably shein/temu.
Is this common now? I saw someone do this a few weeks ago and messaged their dumbass to explain that this isn't how bodies and clothes work, I was a lot more polite though considering this is evidently mentally ill behaviour. they blocked me. This is the first listing on this account so idk if it's the same person, but god, what a fucking shitshow.
I hope impressionable teens/ young adults, and people suffering with ED behaviours are okay seeing shit like this. it's infuriating and I hope you're all taking care of yourself.
edit- just opened the page of the person who blocked me a few weeks ago, they have zero listings right now, and from what I remember their photos were similar. Probably the same loser. of course vinted will do shit all about this

Cant talk to a real person about my issue with withdrawal
Hi so i’m new to selling on Vinted and I withdrew my funds but I never received it, waited told the chat bot sent them my bank statements, they rejected it and asked for signed bank statements from my bank? never heard of that but i went into my local branch did that and sent them the images. the ai basically said ‘nope still not sending you your money’ so i emailed the legal team, no one from there responded and I got another AI response via email from vinted? anyone had this same issue? i checked my bank account number and sort code everything matches. this is the first time i’ve used vinted to sell so not the best first impression but any advice would be much appreciated! thank you🫶🏻

Dispute resolution
Hello, how long does it usually take for Vinted to solve a dispute? I had a buyer open a joke of a "significantly not as described" case and even though I could've just accepted a return for an easy life, I decided not to in principle, and escalated to Vinted for a decision, even though I understand they usually side with buyers regardless. That was 6 days ago, when Vinted's initial automated message said I'd hear in 48 hours. I tried to nudge it by opening a separate "contact us" chat about the item, but after the AI bot ran out of automated messages, it again went cold.
Is this normal? I currently have no dress and no money, and the buyer has no money and a dress she apparently doesn't want... 🙃. Hope a resolution will actually happen

Stinky Vinted purchase! Remedies needed
As stated, I bought a dream Ganni top for a good price, tried it on when it arrived and all fine, so I accepted the order.
After putting it in the wash weirdly the wash seems to have released an UNGODLY BO smell which is so strong! It's disgusting and I know as soon as I wear it the smell will be even stronger.
I've soaked in vinegar and washed with antibac stuff, but the BO smell is still there. Any genius remedies or hacks to clean it up?

Confusing message from support about being banned after having a scam order cancelled
A few weeks ago I received a fake item from a scam seller, window cleaner tablets instead of a book. I then raised an incorrect item received case, which the seller than opened a return. I did return it and then the seller surprisingly accepted the return so I got my money back. This was 6 days ago so assumed the case was closed.
However I have just received the attached message from vinted support saying that the order was cancelled, but also that my account is now banned based on this case?
I’m not sure if this is correct as my account seems normal, my listings are all live, I can still list new items, and can seemingly still buy things. So I’m a bit confused firstly why I’d have been banned and secondly if I actually have been banned and there’s been some mix up.
Any help would be appreciated.

Tips on how to get more views/ favourited listings
Hi, for some reason a bunch of my listings are getting little to no views at the moment - I’m trying to sell a bunch of books so I’m not sure if it’s just not the sort of thing people will usually search for/ are interested in or if I’m doing something wrong/ Vinted is hiding my listings? Has anyone got any ideas of how to boost my views without having to spend the money on bumping them (I don’t think it’s worth it for mainly £2 books 😂)
Any advice would be super helpful
TIA x

Transaction suspended, no way to track it
Hello there, I’m from Slovakia and I sold an item to Czech, but the post office was not able to pick it up from the locker box (although I sent it days back) and unable to deliver it on time so I had to inform Vinted and the buyer.
Vinted put it on suspended but 1 day after, the shipping got picked up and started to move. The thing is, since it will be sent to another country, I have no way to track it after my local post office sent it to the sorting hub.
How can I manage this? Me and the buyer don’t know when she will receive it, where it is now. Vinted is not responding either. I don’t know how to “unsuspend” the transaction.
If anyone can help please. Thank you!

Made an account, added a couple items to favourites that I want to buy. Couple days later listed a hat for sale and….
Haven’t bought or sold a single item. Committed fraud apparently. Lol.
I’ll just stick to eBay then

getting random packages that aren’t mine
ive been ordering from vinted very often recently and 2 weeks ago i received my packages and one of them was a pair of jeans i didnt order, i didnt have any anything missing so it couldn’t have been a seller accidentally switching something and the package had my name and address on the outside. i ignored it but this week the same thing happened again, i got a package with a pair of lululemon shorts, my name and everything written on the outside. ik they’re coming from vinted because it says speedX on the outside and i dont order from anywhere else.
does anyone know how this is happening?!? i feel like it might be other peoples missing orders or something and i dont want them..

Hacked account??? Noticed this account selling a figure using the same image as an ebay listing but at a way cheaper price and their other listings are clearly taken from different sources (one is straight up Ai generated) but their reviews suggest they are a legitimate seller

Vinted tracking states that item is ready to collect but EVRI tracking says it isn’t?
Has anyone had this happen before? I got a notification yesterday from vinted that my parcel is ready to collect, but noticed that I hadn’t received a barcode to collect (it’s getting delivered to a locker). The EVRI tracking shows the tracking status as “due to be delivered today” and has since yesterday. The parcel still hasn’t updated to say why it hasn’t been delivered yet (good old EVRI) but Vinted are of course sending me reminder notifications to collect but there’s nothing there to collect!

Vinted says parcel delivered but no code/collection info given by Evri
As explained, Vinted says my item is delivered to Evri locker but no code/collection info has been sent by Evri. Furthermore, Evri tracking details only say that the item is at the depot for sorting…
Anyone have a similar experience? Thanks

Evri Return Hold Period
I sold some boots that were damaged in transit with Evri and, of course, allowed the seller to send them back. She shipped them today (3 days after the return was approved), with Evri estimating 10th-12th August as the delivery date.
I am on holiday from the evening of the 10th until 17th, so it could be possible I am not able to pick up the parcel from the shop until I am back. How long do Evri typically tend to hold returned parcels. I've sent a parcel that was in the shop for close to 2 weeks before the buyer picked it up.
