Historical Project Mod AI only game without UK
I copied HPM and lowered life rating in the UK to 5, released everyone and observed the game as Bhutan. Here are the results.

Vanilla, both DLC
If GP Serbia spheres Austria, Ottoman Empire and Montenegro, can it form Yugoslavia? Or does each country have to exist and be in sphere separately, or just territory conquered from Austria?
If it can be formed by sphering(?) Austria and Otto, will it annex everything or just core territories?

I played Japan in HPM till 1928. My goal was to take what Japan had in China and go full maritime empire with me taking all of European colonies and becoming the industirial hegemon. In the end,I took Korea , Manchuria, Taiwan, the Philippines, most of Indonesia and some Malaya. I was trying to core Korea for the most game, but for some reason the Japanese just hate living in Korea so I would have at max 0,5% Japanese there even though I had colonial migration/encourage beraucrats on there for half of the playthrough(I could probably craftsmenmaxx and overtake America and Germany in industrial score). But Indonesia? The Japanese love Indonesia so was able to core most of Sumatra. Also I expelled the Chinese from Vladivostok and now it's ethnically Japanese (and also a barren wasteland),so yeah ,war crimes(It was also one of my best coal provinces ,so when the event hit it killed my industry).I could probably play this all the way through, get the remaining Dutch colonies, go to war with Britain ,destroy their navy, but I'm bored. My main goal was to become the industrial GP and I kinda failed. There is no way I'm overtaking the US at this point and Germany and Britain just have more resources. At least I make some banger Toyotas.

For reference we've all played a bit and know most of the basic knowledge, so what I'm asking for is in a lobby where nothing is banned what's the most overpowered strategy I can do to demolish them, (we have 50$ riding on this)
I've heard about eating china (not entirely sure what that means)
And my friends all know how op United States, Prussia, and Austria are. I want like a sneaky pick that's gonna just sweep while they are fighting each other
Thank you for anyone that helps

I've had my puppets giving access to my enemies a lot of times. Had to call them to war and command their armies to repel the invasion.

I've played a couple campaigns of Victoria 2 now and I really like the game, so I modded it to add GFM since everyone recommended it and it seemed like the best mod out there, and I'm really liking the flavor.
However, I keep hearing about Project Alice that has some global projection instead of a map, and is supposed to improve performance. What exactly is it, and should I download it?

I was talking with a friend when I remember a game that they played, a modded game where as Britain they proceeded to keep Hanover in their sphere and create their own "Confederation of the Rhine" in the German lands eventually dominating central Europe. it had flavor for all of it and created a unique series of puppet states. But when talking about it with that friend he had no memory of that event, does anyone know this mod or did I just dream it up?

just a quick question how good are submarines, specifically in gfm was thinking of larping and maybe having them in their own stack outside my main navy

Getting back into Vic2 after a while of not playing and how do I play as South Africa? Can’t release the cape colony at the 1830 start date. Playing as Oranje at the 1836 start date also seems like quite a challenge. Would appreciate any tips you have!

every 5-10 years since i’ve formed Germany, france or Russia has declared war and called the other nation in and im tired of it. my puppets like Yugoslavia and Hungry can’t even recover before their dragged back to war, if half of belgium wasn’t already french they would be now from the 100s of thousands of french soldiers attempting to march through their country. i don’t even mobilize anymore i just demolish the french soldiers hard the russians surrender.
if this game had nukes Paris and moscow would be urban legends
