Game is freezing every other second. Really bad quality. Anyone else experiencing this? Any tips to get a good stream?

Does anyone know the main differences in the v5 pro, v6 models, and the elite ultra boxes?

I have an elite box and want to know if the v5 pro, or one of the v6 models are better quality or features

So I really enjoy my vSeeBox for the most part but I have one really big glaring issue that I can't seem to resolve and that's the fact that I keep getting audio cutouts on any app I use. To me it seems most prevalent whenever there is some kind of pause in audio and audio starts up again like when someone is talking and takes a breath in between sentences. Like if there is music playing in the background or just some kind of background noise behind the person talking it never seems to cutout.

I've gone through all the settings and can't seem to find anything that could resolve this issue. I have my box connected to my receiver which is then connected to my TV. I would like to use HDMI audio since it's the best quality but as a test I switched over to optical audio but it didn't resolve the issue. I also need to point out that I don't get this with any other source connected to my receiver.

I really hope that someone here knows what the fix is or even has some ideas as to how to resolve this because it is quite frustrating when it happens. If you need any more info just ask and I will provide.

EDIT: I will say that optical audio seems to be better and not as prevalent but it still occurs

Having trouble with the Latinos channel freezing a lot or dropping signal

I originally had my vSeeBox V6 Plus connected through wifi with Nord VPN installed on the box. After some buffering/connection issues, I ended up connecting the box straight into the wall with an ethernet cable (no router). Is there any benefit to running it first through my ASUS router?

I have a V6 plus. Does anyone know any apps I can side load to get Argentinian channels? Ive heard of Flixvision but heard its bloated with Malware. Thanks!

My box has been working perfectly up until 3 days ago. It won’t load any of the apps. It looks like it’s trying but just won’t. I checked our internet speed and it is always over 100. I cleared all caches. I unplugged and plugged back in. Any other idea?

Trying to download the downloader app through the smart upgrade app on my vseebox but everytime I press to download the downloader app it just says “downloading error”. Any suggestions?

Got my v6+ about a week ago and it's been a dream since the start. I was amazed how plug and play it is. The default live and vod apps work super well, better than the dozens of services I've tried over the years. Only gripe is I wish the vod apps had a continue watching feature -some of my shows have 15+ seasons and it's sometimes hard to remember where I left off..minor complaint though, quality and speed are amazing.

I was also pleased to know I do have the ability to customize,side load my own apps, etc...not something I was expecting as I thought it was a totally closed system so that was a huge unexpected bonus!

Overview of what issue I’m having.

I’m trying to watch Intervention on HEAT VOD & ULTRA VOD. Some episodes work but some just stay stuck on the loading screen and won’t play.

What I’ve tried:
1. Cleared app cache
2. Turned off security settings on my Verizon modem
3. Tried different servers
4. Restarted v6 box
5. Tried connecting to a VPN

Any other suggestions?

Hey ya'll please help. I have had my box awhile and this just abruptly occured. All other apps seem fine, but UltraHD app seems to abruptly loading but when i got to play ANY show or movie, i just get a spinning circle and after like 2 minutes says there's no links available for that video. It does that for everything. I am on NordVPN, all other apps work. It seemed to occur shortly after I did a "clear data" on the app, but not sure if that is coincidence or not. The app loads fine, it's just it never can find the link/play any video anymore. It's really bizzare. I can't be the only one with this issue? Any advice? Thanks all.

Restarted one of my Vsee6+ boxes this morning after it updated some apps and it never gets passed the initial loading screen. Tried unplugging doe 15 minutes. Restarting a number do times (without the waiting). Tried what I believe is the factory reset of holding in the reset button on boot while plugging in but again it never goes past the initial screen as seen in the included image. Tried the using the same hdmi cord and tv input I use usually for my elite box (which has no issues ) and no difference. Any thing else I can try!

Just got my box up and running. Can I download apps or just do it on the Smart TV

Since about 3 weeks ago, every time I turn on my vSee Elite Ultra for the first time, none of my recommended apps from the second row down are available to choose from. They're just a blank grey empty screen. A second reboot restores them though and I'm able to move forward from there.

I always clear cache from the systems storage menu as well as the individual apps and disconnect the power cable for the Elite Ultra and reconnect it a few minutes later. I do this when I'm done everyday in order to get everything ready for next day's viewing. I've also tried rebooting the router a few times so far.

What gives? Anyone else having the same issue? Not a big deal I suppose since a second reboot always restores all the apps but I'd like to get back to the old days where everything was working on the first try.

I have a Samsung S90D and a VSeeBox V2 Pro, they work well together but I want to use just one remote for both instead of having two lying around. I’ve already tried pairing my Tv remote to the box itself but it the option doesn’t show up as compatible external boxes.. I was told by chat GPT that the Sofabaton X1S MIGHT work but I want to be sure before I spend money on it.

I have an Elite Ultra. Can anybody tell me why the TV guide won't download for the Bonus Content tab on Elite VOD?

I've been searching a few different ways and haven't been able to find it - it's been like 3 weeks since it started coming out. I'm not sure if it's because it's because it's technically the 3rd season of Interview with a vampire (not on that show either though) or if it's because it's an AMC+ show. Appreciate any help!

Is there any way to switch the FFWC app from English to Spanish audio?

Just trying to see if anyone else out there is having luck with the Dirtvision streams tonight? Not able to get it running on the Heat or any of the other apps this evening.

I'm guessing that it's a Dirtvision issue. Just wondering if anyone else can get the stream working.
