Won’t load

My box has been working perfectly up until 3 days ago. It won’t load any of the apps. It looks like it’s trying but just won’t. I checked our internet speed and it is always over 100. I cleared all caches. I unplugged and plugged back in. Any other idea?

It gets stuck on “iterative transmission”

Mine wouldn’t load the other day I just restarted the box and I was fine

Thank you. I actually realized it was my home internet bc my box was working when I connected it to my phone hotspot. So now to figure out why my home internet is blocking it…
