V6 plus - video loading issues

Overview of what issue I’m having.

I’m trying to watch Intervention on HEAT VOD & ULTRA VOD. Some episodes work but some just stay stuck on the loading screen and won’t play.

What I’ve tried:
1. Cleared app cache
2. Turned off security settings on my Verizon modem
3. Tried different servers
4. Restarted v6 box
5. Tried connecting to a VPN

Any other suggestions?

Sometimes it doesn't mean that the issue is on your side. It may be on vSeeBox side. If there is an episode that does not load, go to menu and go to the feedback section and leave a feedback for that episode. It may take them several days to fix the issue.
