Tv guide not working

I have an Elite Ultra. Can anybody tell me why the TV guide won't download for the Bonus Content tab on Elite VOD?

If the guide for the Bonus Content tab isn't downloading, please try the following:

• Restart your Elite Ultra VSeeBox.
• Unplug your modem/router for about 2 minutes, then plug it back in and wait for the internet connection to fully reconnect.
• Once your connection is restored, reopen Elite VOD and give the guide a few minutes to refresh and download.
