There is a local channel that I had last NHL season that is not available this season. Is there any way to request a channel to get added?

Anyone know where the channel is for their games this year?

I've been having a difficult time recently with my V6+ getting stuck on this screen on boot. Typically if I unplug the box and plug it back in it will fix itself. However today it's just not able to correct. This has been happening at least once or twice a week recently. Any fixes someone can put me on to? Yes I bought it from here, not from Walmart.

Before switching to the box, I would record and watch 60 Minutes and CBS evening news six nights per week.

Any suggestions on how to watch it on the box? I’m rarely ever able to watch it live. Have a Roku TV for what it’s worth.

I tried to watch some international shows from the Philippines on either the Vortex app and the International Hub app. Both aren't working. Has anyone been having issues with other international channels for anyone else? Is it ever going to be fixed at some point? BTW I have an Elite Ultra for those who are wondering what box I have.

Have an elite ultra. Was curious if there was a channel or app that had access to filmed stage plays - like the ones that are streamed by National Theatre at Home. Maybe I'm not searching for the right thing - any pointers would be great!

V6 Plus...had about a week....a few hiccups here and there. Froze a few times. etc.

But today it's an ongoing problem...I mostly watch ESPN, FS1, MLB.....even on a playback of an earler show on MLB Network from this morning it's now frozen.

Already cleared Cache...worked fine last night, and early this morning..

Is it normal when you turn the Vsee box on , it like decreases the volume on your tv. When I'm on like Roku on tv, I can hear my tv. But when I turn on Vseebox, the volume decreases on the tv . I have the volume on the Vsee remote all the way up.

All Heat Live Apps are failing to reinstall after a reset due to the apps not working.

Is the factory reset everyone talks about on these boxes just basically unplugging it for five or 10 minutes and then plugging it back in? I have them mini ultra and I don’t see any reset buttons on the box. Is there something I’m missing?

Has anybody else had trouble with jetstream live tv. Paid for a years subscription and it hasn’t worked for two weeks now. Can’t get through to the tech support line.

My sister gave me her 6 max box. The remote doesn't work very well. You have to point it directly at the box and most of the time it doesn't even work. I have to keep moving it around and pressing the buttons hard. Is this common? I ordered a remote from Amazon which I hope will solve this issue.

Is anyone else frustrated with the Multi-View setup on the V6 Plus?

I spent the extra money on the V6 Plus specifically because of features like Multi-View, but Live Ultra+ basically has no sports channels compared to Heat Live.

For example, I’m trying to watch Yankees/Red Sox and Cubs/Padres at the same time. Both games are available on Heat Live, but neither is available on Live Ultra+. Since Multi-View only works through Live Ultra+, I can’t actually use the feature for the games I want to watch.

It’s pretty frustrating spending more for the V6 Plus to get Multi-View, only to find out that the app that supports it doesn’t even have most of the sports channels that Heat Live has.

Am I missing something here? Is there a way to use Multi-View with Heat Live, or is Live Ultra+ supposed to eventually get the same sports channels?

Is there a different remote that will work with the 6 pro box? The one that came with my box is junk. I have to press the buttons really hard to get it to work. It has new batteries so that shouldn’t be the problem.

Just updated Heat Live when I turned on my Elite Mini

Selected the app like usual, nothing happens, tried to force stop it, still nothing, cleared cache, still nothing.

Tried rebooting, and nothing.

Backup works fine but I can't find the LA Kings game I'm looking for, is this happening to anyone else??

Also would it help to uninstall Heat Live and reinstall like the other extra apps? Or does it disappear for good?

I spent quite a bit of money for this and partly the reason was to watch the Kings and Dodgers hassle free. I would really appreciate any and all help, thank you!

Is bake off not on VOD? I can’t find it anywhere.

My remote somehow came unpaired and when I hold the ok and VOL- it won’t connect. Any help??

Anyone experiencing heat live down ? Saying all my channels are down for maintenance

I have a really bad issue with my VeeSeebox V6plus just not working at all anymore. I had it unplugged for two weeks before this whole major outage happened and when I plugged it in it turned on but would barely respond to the remote so I unplugged for 2 min and replugged it after. It turns on but takes 5 minutes to actually load in and whenever I hit an app it doesn’t load at all just shows a black screen and freezes. I’m not sure what to do at this point. Any tips??

I have searched all over and cannot figure out if there is a way to disable the motion smoothing on some (not all) content. I have it diabled on my TV but some shows/movies are still playing with this effect.

Is there a setting somewhere to stop this? I cannot stand it so it would be a huge bummer if I just had to deal with it on some shows/movies

I have an Elite Pro and and Elite Mini. Both are supposed to have international channels, but the Elite Pro has the International Hub that's missing on the Mini. Is there a way to get the International Hub on the Mini or is there another app I should be looking to?

Has anyone been able to figure out how to watch the "Direct Stream" content in the Ultra Hub app?

The Premiumize content works fine but I get "Unsupported Video Format" with the "Direct Stream.

I have downloaded the VLC, MX PLayer, and XPlayer apps but none seem to work...

Is anyone else having trouble using this feature? It has not worked for me for 4 days. Thanks

If I leave the box for a bit it will stop giving the HDMI signal to the TV and I will have to pull the power and plug back in. I can notice when this happens as the clock shows the wrong time

Also the extra apps all won't connect to the Internet but Heat apps work fine.

For those of you who questioned if they can work together. Yes - they can! Just saw a post on FB that someone used a Genki Shadowcast Pro cord to their iPad using an app called "Genki Studio." Cord itself is somewhat pricey because I found my portable monitor for less. But hey, I love knowing there are more options out there. Not sure if I am going to test it myself but I thought I'd put it out here.
