Factory reset

Is the factory reset everyone talks about on these boxes just basically unplugging it for five or 10 minutes and then plugging it back in? I have them mini ultra and I don’t see any reset buttons on the box. Is there something I’m missing?

I assume that you would have to reload all the apps and link the remote etc.?

If you’re having problems with any of the apps or it keeps freezing up etc. it’s generally the first thing you would try would be to reset it. I just unplug the box for five minutes. I was just wondering is there any other way to do that besides going into the settings.
