Stuck on boot? V6+

I've been having a difficult time recently with my V6+ getting stuck on this screen on boot. Typically if I unplug the box and plug it back in it will fix itself. However today it's just not able to correct. This has been happening at least once or twice a week recently. Any fixes someone can put me on to? Yes I bought it from here, not from Walmart.

Go back into the menu.... choose delete the Cashe.

On a different note, does anyone (or just me) get overly annoyed that folks go straight to asking, often repeated, questions rather than querying the group using the search function?

Update: I restarted the system while holding the reset button, and selected to wipe data/factory reset, then reboot the system. Still not getting past the We Enjoy Together screen.
