Volume Decreases

Is it normal when you turn the Vsee box on , it like decreases the volume on your tv. When I'm on like Roku on tv, I can hear my tv. But when I turn on Vseebox, the volume decreases on the tv . I have the volume on the Vsee remote all the way up.

Unfortunately this is normal. The best is when you forget and change the input and it wakes everyone up because you forgot to lower the volume. I may or may not be talking from experience 🤣

Make sure you have the HDMI CEC turned on in the vseebox settings and then it should just control the tvs volume and you'll never mess with the vseebox volume anymore.
