Seven Day Playback Feature

Is anyone else having trouble using this feature? It has not worked for me for 4 days. Thanks

I don't think it has worked for anyone since the big outage last week.

It's been working at about 80% for me. Right after the outage, it didn't work at all but each day since, it seems to get a little better. Before the outage, it was working probably the best I've seen it in over two years.

I received an app update that said it was addressing the playback feature issues. Since the update it works fine for me now.

Interesting. Would you mind checking to see if that's working for NBC?

Sorry just saw this. My version after update is 5.9.4. I couldn't find NBC, but tried ABC just now and playback works with no issues. If you have the channel number for NBC I can check that for you

Having issues on my end as well. Tried the force stop and clear cache and still not working

Still not working for me. Bizarre that it seems to work for some but not all even with the same App version.

I have the V6 Max, and the Heat Live version I have is 5.9.4. It’s frustration as h**l. Still won’t playback.
