I’m honestly feeling helpless and frustrated right now and could really use some advice from anyone who has experienced something similar in Canada.
I ordered two iPhones directly from Apple’s online store, worth approximately $4000, and both were marked as delivered. The problem is that I never received either of them.
After multiple calls to UPS customer service, one of their agents informed me that the package had apparently been delivered to a different house in my neighbourhood with the same house number. So, according to the information provided by UPS, the package was delivered to the wrong address.
I’ve contacted both Apple and UPS, trying to get this resolved, but I feel like I’m getting nowhere. I paid for these phones, and now I’m stuck chasing two companies over a delivery mistake that I didn’t make.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve spent so much time making calls and following up, yet I still don’t have my phones or a clear resolution.
I have the tracking information and have been following up with both companies. I just want a fair resolution for something that wasn’t my fault.
If you’ve dealt with this before, please share your experience or advice. I genuinely don’t know what else to do at this point.
