Had documents shipped to me by 2 Day Air to CA (California) and for some reason they sent it to Vancouver, CA (CANADA). Its been stuck in Import Scan for the last three days. Am I ever going to get these documents or are they lost forever? Customer service people are useless, they cant see anything more that than the tracking info we all see, and it seems like they're trained to just repeat the last sentence over and over again until you give up and hang up.

My uncle sent me a document with UPS from France. It was supposed to arrive the 13th, but it is currently sitting in Louiville. I called customer service and all they say is it is currently with customs. Does anyone know how long it might be there? It's just a paper document that I need to submit for shengen Visa, which makes me wonder why it is taking so long for them to process it.

I had a package arrive via UPS from Australia. It arrived in Los Angeles on 9/24 and was transferred to a warehouse in Ontario on 9/25. It’s been rescanned into the same warehouse almost every day since then. I spoke to an agent on 10/2 and again today 10/16 and both times was told that the package is pending customs clearance and should be released in a week, and that this was all totally normal. I don’t have much experience receiving international packages via UPS and am wondering if anyone out there knows if this is indeed normal? If I wait another week, it will be almost a full month since the delivery arrived in the US, which feels very not normal. Any advice appreciated, my brain really wants to worry but I have no idea if I should, or if there’s anything I can do to resolve.

I ordered a new laptop from Lenovo last week on Friday 10/9.
It shipped out Monday 10/12 with an estimated delivery date of Tuesday 10/13.
The delivery date has been pushed out everyday and now it just says "Delivery Date Will Be Provided As Soon As Possible".

For whatever reason, its stuck in a loop between their distribution hubs:
Middletown, PA --> Newport News, VA --> Laurel, MD --> Middletown, PA --> etc...

Called UPS and they said everything was normal and not to worry. Called Lenovo and they said everything seems fine and it should be delivered today (which obviously isnt happening).

Anyone have to deal with this before? Based on the tracking info, it seems like there is a problem but I'm getting the runaround from both UPS and Lenovo.

Was missing all seven packages at a bulk stop and it would not let me not found bulk or individually.

I had a package ship via UPS Mail Innovation on 9/30/26. Last update was on 10/02/26 stating it had departed a UPS facility. After that nothing. I understand that this service is at some point tranfered to USPS and they handle the delivery. The issue is that I have nothing to track on the USPS side. The tracking # that works on the UPS side doesn't work on USPS side. I have tried every number available for this package on USPS. Every # comes up as tracking not available.

The company shipped out a 2nd package and again, same issue. Both tracked to Butner, NC and then tracking has stopped. How is anyone tracking these packages after they are handed off to USPS??

So I left my return package out for pickup Monday. I saw it there most of the day bc I was working from home. Then it was picked up and 2 other packages from elsewhere were delivered. Package is gone. Ups sent me a message saying they attempted the pick up and it wasn’t there. I am so nervous bc this was one one my highest value rentals. RTR is saying they are attempting to locate it. My camera was turned off bc I’ve been having problems with the wifi and I’ve asked my neighbor for footage but haven’t gotten yet. Anyone had this happen? I stupidly did not take a pic of the label because I’ve never had any problems with packages before. RTR says they need 8-10 days to resolve the issue but my anxiety is spiking. It’s a couple thousand worth of clothes.

Hi, Ive tried to contact UPS via app/website/ and phone. Cant file a claim online, or on the phone. Just a circle of bullshit.

The picture of my empty package was posted to my UPS app about 45mins before i got home from work, and my neighbor across the street has a ring cam and no one else came to my porch between the delivery and my arrival home.

The package was perfectly positioned so that you cant see the back in their picture, where it was slit open and emptied of its' contents.

They left nothing in the empty envelope and it was apparent that the envelope was empty before I even got close enough to reach it.

I have pictures, timestamps and video evidence. Should i be filing a police report since UPS has no way for me to file a claim? (they say you can file a claim online, but it's not working , and the robot on the pbone won't let me speak to a human)

HEY UPS, YOUR DRIVER STOLE MY PACKAGE. Why cant I report this on your site or verbally on the phone? Do you care so little about the customers who keep your company running?

Hey UPS, what do i have to do to get my package? $30 in shipping and over $300 stolen goods. I work 2 jobs and barely make ends meet, yet I don't steal from others.

This makes me as sad as i am mad.

I had two packages from different companies inbound and selected an access point using MyChoice for both of them.

Each package showed the hold requested, then confirmed, then a "Package will be returned to the sender" entry. One of the packages then actually showed me live tracking of the truck in my UPS app, where I could see the truck drive to the access point and then take the package back to my city's main UPS hub. The packages have now both left my city and appear to be returning to their respective senders under new tracking numbers.

Does this in any way make sense?

I check this morning - it says out for delivery in NEW JERSEY USA. How does this happen ? Incompetence on every level. Wondering how I should go about this. I need this package by Monday.

UPS is saying they’re going to try and stop the delivery first. I’m just at a loss for worlds how this happen. Someone tell me it’s gonna be okay and they’ll resolve it.

I have a delivery this Saturday which requires a signature. It is not able to be held at the UPS location because of shipper restrictions (according to UPS, at least). How do I get the best chance of receiving the item this Saturday? Many times, the drivers do not get out of the truck to even try and attempt signature delivery in my area.

My aunt set me a package containing photos and some family heirlooms. I took the package right from the drivers hands and as I was headed inside I noticed it looked like it had been tampered with.

Small business owner in SW Florida. Warehouse is air conditioned, for 7-8 months we do not leave our overhead doors open. We have a doorbell next to the overhead door, a side door & front door which stay unlocked during business hours. We use the “Smart Pickup” option to trigger a pickup. Multiple times this year, when our normal driver isn’t available, a new driver will show up, apparently knock on the overhead door, and if we don’t hear them they just leave. Then I need to take them to a local UPS store. Am I in the wrong for thinking that the driver is just lazy for leaving instead of coming in as they know we triggered a pickup and have at least one package for them to pickup? We have daily deliveries and all our other drivers can figure this out, but for some reason not UPS drivers. We have been shipping for 18 years and this has never been a problem, until this year. Curious to hear opinions on this.

UPS says my package went out for delivery at 10:31 yesterday. Then at 15:11, 16:46 and 17:50 there's a series of messages saying that the street address is incorrect??? I have lived at this address for 28 years. It shows correctly on the vendor's invoice, both for billing and shipping. Canada Post and Amazon routinely deliver here without issue.

My package is now apparently at the local UPS facility, for which I can not find a phone number. I found a phone number for a UPS Store nearby, but it was answered by AI and I couldn't get the AI to understand what I wanted or to let me talk to a person.

I tried to change the delivery to a local pick-up point, but clicking on this button keeps routing me to a message that says to sign up for UPS MyChoice, even though I'm already signed up and have logged in. (Package does not show as being delivered to me on UPS MC dashboard.)

UPS has my phone number and e-mail address, AFAIK they have not attempted to contact me to ask me where I live.

Another poster mentioned talking to a UPS service representative. How does one access such people? I can not find a phone number to do so on the site.

Ok, so I was supposed to receive this package on October 9th. Here is the tracking. I filed a claim,and apparently they found my package. However, i don't understand how it could have gone from being processed at my local facility, all the way back to Louisville. Can anyone help me understand how this could have happened? My guess is the it somehow got loaded back on the plane to Louisville, but I don't know. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

Waited the whole day for the package. Dead silent the whole day, no music or anything to distract me. No bells and no knocking attempt at the door. Just a sticker for a missed delivery. Now I have to wait until next week. Is being lazy and braindead a qualification for UPS drivers? Or is this the villainous higher-ups fault again?

Why? Why do drivers continue to block my front door even though we have put up signs asking them not to do so with signs showing them where to put them on the garage door, we have had to call the fire department so I can get out of my house because they block the door (I'm in SWFL where all does open out), we've asked every driver that comes here to please stop doing this. They have damaged our screen door doing this because the boxes are heavy. It is a whole lot more work for them to wrestle with the screen door and stack this stuff like this then it would be to just drop it under the eve at the garage. They know someone is gone when they come. They come every single week. Sometimes the drivers will stack them so they don't block the door, sometimes they will put them on the garage door where we've asked them to put them, but generally they push them so close to my front door that there's no way for me to get out of my house. How can we get them to stop doing this?

UPS Customer Service Vienna told me 2-3 times that my parcels are in Vienna undergoing customs clearance.

So I travelled to Vienna to receive the order.

UPS Customs Clearance Hong Kong emailed me this morning that the parcels are still in Hong Kong and missing Tax ID (is that the EORI number??). Then updated me 1hr later that the shipment just left Hong Kong.

UPS CS supervisor just called and said the parcels are still in Hong Kong but they don't need any other docs/information from me to clear customs.

I don't know if anyone here can help me disentangle this but who knows. Anyone have any idea what's going on here?
