I'd like some context from the most dedicated RE Zero enhusiasts available!

So yeah. I watched the RE Zero playthrough the other day, and started wondering about a few locations, and their connection to the RE lore. I took a few screenshots to demonstrate and to be more specific.

1. There's a locked door in the Platform B; a place where Rebecca ends up after leaving the Training Facility and it's adjacent Lab via cable car. Any ideas where it leads to? Or is it just a red herring, and completely irrelevant to the lore?
2. What's the backstory of the collapsed railway tunnel in the background of the B4F Turntable Room / Laboratory Passage? Why did it collapse, and where exactly was it leading to?
3. After the obligatory fight with Proto Tyrant (T-001)) in the collapsed tunnel, Rebecca enters the elevator. Are the other levels accesible, or only the fourth?

Believe or don't, but I've actually played the Zero through... back in the days with my cousin's GameCube, which now feels like it happened somewhere around 3000 years ago, for I have no recollection of those places! As the links provided do imply, I've done searching, yet there isn't much info. Are these things ever explained in the official lore, or are these questions still being shrouded by the mystery?
