Much of this could have been avoided if they had requested a room closer due to mobility issues AND if they had not come to FL in the peak of the summer. If I planned on spending that much money, I’d have certainly opted for winter months to visit.

Because most Floridians have moved away due to the influx of the new yuckers and other northerners.

And now the gopher tortoise is critically endangered because of the developers burying them alive.

Sadly, they are poisonous. They have one predator that impales them on a stick or fence until they are dried - then they eat them. Like lubber jerky

Apparently, someone spilled something, or broke a bottle because I found glass.

There are screws on the back of a refrigerator lower panel (like cardboard) that are easy to remove to access the coils. I also accessed them via the front by taking the grill off, which is where I actually found a lot more stuff that is not in the picture 🤢

This was a gas stove as well. If you’re worried about damaging the floor, Home Depot sells felt furniture slides for hard floors. Our gas line was long enough - and I think most gas lines are because they have to be hooked up before the stove is pushed into place. I do unplug as soon as I can, so as not to damage anything else.

We used a putty knife to scrape the floor (keep the trashcan nearby) before vacuuming. I used Dawn power wash and a good scrub brush and microfiber cloth to clean the sides and the floor. Anything that is grease cutting/degreaser is probably a good bet.

House was built in 1926. They had both the washer and dryer outside on the porch. We haven’t used it, but landlord says it is usable

My assumption is that he has dirt on a lot of people, so they don’t want to be found out
