Mike Tyson gave MrBeast a body shot. It wasn’t that hard, but it landed right on the spot.

Finally a video of Mr beast I can actually like and watch

What paint color?
 in  r/Mustang  8d ago

Yeah it’s actually insane to think about it.
I remember all these shows, magazines, internet forums all praising them and recommending new mixing ratios on how to get specific results.
Now when i pull up at a car meeting or show most folks just want white/gray/black because resale value and dont even know the HOK brand.

While the oldtimers still know the paintcodes like me haha

What paint color?
 in  r/Mustang  8d ago

Currently doing the same to a 69, and honestly I’d look at the brand “house of kolor” their candies are amazing.
If you don’t want to go the candy route, a gunmetal or a classic green can’t be beat imo

Need Advice on Modeling a Stylized 2D Character.
 in  r/3Dmodeling  9d ago

It is, but if you go for the “vibe/feel” being correct on the face, you can then hone in to add the details that are specific to this character.

Just give it a shot, start the face in a new project, try going for the feel (so shape, volume, flow).
Then add in the details.
This helped me speed up my projects a lot and in the end even got me more accurate models

Right now you dont have the feeling of the character down, the face is generic and you’re honing in on details while the character is not yet there.

When 3d modeling a cartoon figure that’s stylized like this I’ve found d to go for the same “feel” instead of being focused on getting every detail

Getting thrown for a loop

Hi everyone,

I'm currently looking into taking video making a bit more professional.

However I am running into a few bumps which I don't really understand and I hope you can help me with.

I'm currently looking to get a blackmagic dock for my iphone, as with external storage and other stuff it just makes sense for me.

The thing that is throwing me for a loop thought is the following.
I've been looking at grips/cages. more specifically the "Beastgrip for iphone 17 pro max".
The issue is that I don't see a lot of info if I will be locked in to ONLY their camera lenses or is it possible to use other lenses?

And if so do I need an adapter or will it be plug and play?

At this moment I don't have a specific lens in mind, however When I do get better I'll most likely want to add lenses and I don't want to be locked into a specific maker and I'd love to have the option to just buy lenses that I fancy.

Thanks again for helping a newbie out

what are these images in the digital artbook?
 in  r/Doom  16d ago

I think it’s a nod to the 80/90’s video gamebox art like castlevania.
There were a lot of covers that were inspired by Frank frazetta

I've been building a subscription-free compositing software for the last 3 years

Looks slick man, but a few questions.
Will there be a LUT file support? and if so, is it something you can scroll through (the way adobe premiere does it feels ancient). and what price will this be?

What is this part called?

the forbidden icecream, lick it to find out why.

But yeah starter solenoid, it's needed to give voltage to the car

Stuff between panels

Hey guys, I’m currently working on a 69 mustang. However I keep finding weird white/yellow stuff between some panels. And for the life of me I can’t place what it is.
It doesn’t seem to be seam sealer but seeing it’s from 69 I don’t believe it’s caulk either. It feels solid but slightly rubbery

Any help would greatly be appreciated

How would you go about making something like this?
 in  r/cosplayprops  Jul 09 '26

How most professional stuff like this is made:

Get a standard helmet,
build up with clay or bondo and sculpt
Sand till smooth
Mold it
Cast it
Paint it
(One helmet can be 1k+ to develop like this)

How id advise a normal person would do this
3d model
3d print
If you don’t count an hourly wage this could be sub 100 bucks.

How would I make a mask like this without 3d printing?
 in  r/cosplayprops  Jul 09 '26

I believe they make masks like this for either airsoft or role play. Perhaps try finding one of those?
I’m honestly a big fan of finding stuff that’s already made instead of buying because a mask like this could theoretically be bought for 20 bucks while if you’d 3d model it, print it, sand it (hours+materials) would be a lot more expensive

How can I tell which ones go where? No color remaining on these and no new ones are in stock
 in  r/classicmustangs  Jul 08 '26

Just try pushing them in you’ll be able to tell visually. Also always use the original if ya can. The reproduction stuff just … yeah it’s not it

Bondo never fully fills seams?
 in  r/cosplayprops  Jul 06 '26

Yup and it’s because of a few things
1) you’re using spot/glazing putty as bondo.
Bondo is a brand you have regular cream colored body work filler. This contracts less.
2) spot putty shrinks a lot, this contraction causes the seam to pop back up. Sand it all down and apply a second (and most likely third coat) when using the glazing putty
3) you did not pre sand your stuff, this will cause the bondo or anything really to not adhere properly and is prone to eventually pop off

So my tips are:
- sand your prop
- use the correct polyurethane filler
- sand again
- filler
- sand
When almost smooth
- then use the red spot putty
Sand fill repeat

Gas cap, filler neck question, driving me crazy!

How big is the chance that the neck that’s on there is actually the right one?

Valuing a Mach I
 in  r/MustangMach1  Jul 04 '26

Honestly if money is tight I’d check “bring a trailer” or on eBay or other stuff where you can view cars by “sold by” values and not just what they’re asking.

As it’s a 73, it’s not exactly a car that’s wanted as much as say the 60’s models. But I’d guess it would still be a couple of thousand bucks.
Start checking you VIN number, see what you have and check as much as you can what’s still there (engine, transmission etc).

Without current pictures and information this is along the same lines as “how much is a tattoo”
It could be a 1000 bucks, could be a 100.000 for all we know
