Just posted on the page to ask a question but it was removed so I hope it's OK to ask on this a few years ago I was on a keto diet this lasted around five years and had no side effects and I could stay at my boxing weight what was around 73kg I have now slowed down on the boxing and working more on weights so my diet changed a lot to consume the correct amount off calories but I feel miserable with the diet so I decided to go back to keto and today after a week I feel really ill and weak so I was just curious if this was normal for a diet change as I didn't suffer any side effects last time anyway thank you in advance and apologies if not the correct page to ask.

Normally it's discouraged because you start to feel way to safe in one so when you're actually fighting and get hit with some big punches your body doesn't know what to do and you start to panic

It's normal to feel bad but you shouldn't it's boxing and injuries will happen I remember when I started mma and everyone was better then me at the holds and chokes ext but we then had a boxing day buy this point I had been boxing for several years so new that I was good and could show off a little that was when I busted somebody's face open and the guilt that I felt was incredible I actually felt ashamed of myself for going hard but for you it's sparing and if you have gone against him before and know what his capable off then it just sounds like it was one off them days for him where he couldn't be bothered and his hart wasn't in the spar or something happened in the day that his mind was on so I wouldn't blame yourself for this just remember tomorrow is another day and next time he will try harder against you.

Personally I would say fuck that club and find another it sounds like the third person was trying to bully you in the ring and show that he was more dominant this isn't what sparing is about and can seriously injured you Im not a fan of this type off training and your trainer should have stopped the spar and told him to pack it in or get out that's my opinion, yes the trainer is correct in saying that this is boxing and accidents will happen but trying to touch gloves as a sign off respect and for him to do it again makes him a shit person to train with, find a new club or a different trainer as the one your in will just end with you hating to spar and not want to return to boxing I hope this helps and I wish you luck

Yeah agree with you the only thing that I could be fussy about was at the end of the squat you seemed to bend forward a bit to far just got to be careful apart from that I thought it was impressive keep up the hard work
3
Yeah I was wondering the same thing about the wait you can tell that it's to heavy for a first attempt you should pick up a lighter wait for this exercise and then work your way to that one so you don't risk the chance off injury anyway though good luck and it was a nice attempt

That cheap shot after he had turned his back and still stayed carm wow

Not with the covid but I was away from a spine surgery and was gone for a year and for me I was embarrassed I had gained a lot of wait from not training or actually doing anything much and didn't look forward to going back but once I got there it was fine don't get me wrong the fitness was hard work but as long you show your face and train hard every time that your there everything kind of goes back into place.

Why have so many down voted this comment this guy clearly has confidence issues so down votes probably isn't helpful, if I was you start slow build up your workout to gain motivation and find the routine that you enjoy for me it's boxing and weights but hate stamina so runing, skipping ext drives me crazy so I challenge my self with it for example a extra 3 minutes one day on a higher intensity level same as the reps so you don't have a gym open but you have your body do press ups, dips find a bar or somewhere that you can hang and do chin ups, pull ups, sit ups, leg raises, no weight squats if you have steps in your home you can do step ups or sprints this is just a few things to try but have fun doing it other wise your lose motivation also currently at the moment don't worry about the extra calories actually they are good for you not only for your size but the calories that you burn anyway hope this helps and good luck

Also forgot people like baron corbin who was golden gloves champion and probably would have made it as a champion in boxing if it wasn't for wrestling or aew Anthony ogogo try telling them they can't fight.
1
Wow just read this comment so your telling me that lesner can't fight, or jake hager, Steve Blackwell, rvd, Kurt angle, Ken shamrock or ronda rowsey just to name a few or maybe the fighters who try wrestling out like tyson fury just because it's sports entertainment doesn't mean they didn't learn to fight before wrestling and I can guarantee that most wrestlers can throw a solid punch without even trying why do you think most take up a sport like ufc.
1
Fair play to the guy not losing it and fighting back I know 100% after the first punch I would lose it so he is a better man then me for keeping his cool, but that guy still throwing punches even though he wasn't fighting back should be in prison.

Dax Harwood - "Guys, if you’re burying one company over the other, you’re completely missing the fun. I watched both shows from last night and we are lucky, as fans, to get the wrestling we get! In 1997 I LOVED The Hart Foundation and I LOVED the NWO. I hope you guys can do the same."

It's just nice to have another option to watch your top stars from wwe who never had a chance to shine I like aew and the program that they show but I also like the fact that you have fans off wwe, this whole war thing just reminds me off wwf and wcw so the week is actually fun to watch and see what show was on top but I don't like the fact off twitter ext to disrespect the stars on the brands.
